Maybe I'm alone in this, but I think this screenshot of Simon looks really weird, for example.

Smash Bros models can be kind of weird close up but generally they aren't viewed that close up in regular gameplay.

Are there any people who actually want the Chorus Kids in? I mean, i see a lot of people talking about Geno, Isaac or Shantae but never about the Chorus Kids.

Chorus Kids were irrelevant until they got "leaked", and then people actually began to to like the idea.
He's been requested every since, not super heavily and I think people never really thought it was super likely, but there's been a steady support for any form of Rhythm Heaven rep. IDK how they did on the Ballot though

If someone had shown you this image from the official website before Chrom was confirmed, would you have believed it?

I'm not quick to believe or dismiss any good-looking renders leaks until something arrives that proves or disproves it. You're gonna need to dissect the render to find certain flaws or find out whether or not it's simply an already existing render taken from some other source, first.

It's not impossible for really well made renders to be created from scratch, but it's very rare that we see that happen in fake leaks. After some time and dissection of the image, I probably would've believed this.

I hope if that's the case, the rest of the new characters are obvious then. If he put Chrom in because he wants to make people happy, he'll hopefully do the same for Banjo, Geno and Isaac lol.

Unless your want the three of them to be echo fighters then it doesn't really match up to the comparison I was making. Especially considering Chrom was easy to make into an Echo with him being relatively similar to other Fire Emblem Characters. I don't image those three would transfer into echos very well and probably would tick a few people off.

Nah I getcha, I just mean if Sakurai has the intent in making as many fans happy as possible, he's adding what he can. Chrom is a relic from Smash 4 essentially so I would have been shocked if he got anything beyond an echo. I just mean if he considered these characters like he's considered Chrom, definitely not as echo fighters though

They're just not super talked about like those.

It honestly makes me wonder why, as they probably have as much or more going for them than any of the other popular characters in discussion and speculation.
Like I get if people aren't exactly fans of them or the series, therefore not getting mentioned a lot, but I see a lot of people not predict a RH character or ever talk about their likelihood like at all given their history.
But hey, I think we're likely getting one at the very least. It may be the Chorus Kids, it may not.

A lot of human characters in this game kinda suffer from looking a bit pale.
I mean look at ZSS and Chrom.
It could do with the lighting, but it looks like they just need to be touched up more.

If nothing else, the most damning evidence is that P2 and P3 were very clearly edited into the picture via photoshop. Their much brighter colors and general box-cutout seems to imply that as such.
