It's not Lloyd that got in, it's Brian Beacock himself. He's the one that got the Smash invitation.

If I may.

Was Robin's missing Final Smash evidence Chrom was in? No. Lots of characters didn't get their Final Smashes shown. Like over a dozen.

Was Ike's missing Chrom palette evidence Chrom was in? No. Lots of characters have missing palettes, even some fan favorite ones, like Fire Mario, and Ike has an excuse of a second costume.

But taken together? Then it begins to paint a picture.

Same with Dark Samus. Was her missing AT evidence? No. We're still missing a bunch of ATs. Some are probably legitimately just cut.

Was Samus losing her palette evidence? No. Same reasons as Chrom.

Any individual clue can seem innocuous when on its own. We can find plenty of explanations for all the individual elements in that room being there, and I'm still not suggesting the chair room means anything. If an oil drum isn't suspicious on its own, and a rope ladder isn't suspicious on its own, when you put them together, right next to each other, that's what makes them suspicious.

Incineroar has been claimed by two leakers who so far have both been accurate, and even disagree over Isabelle. You can see Ash in Incineroar's concept art. I don't think Incineroar is a lock, but I'm not going to be surprised at all if he shows up.

I had both of them on my E3 bingo sheet, long before Verg was ever on the scene. Along with Isabelle, too, I might add.

Just because some people are afraid to get their hopes up doesn't mean the rest of us can't see what's up. I expected this game to be ballot based long before e3. Ridley is Ridley and Simon was the most voted for third party after Bayonetta, Shovel Knight and Shantae (according to the fan exit polls, which are proving to be much more accurate than we had originally thought).

But that's besides the point, as Isabelle was easily one of the most common echo picks immediately after the direct, before Verg leaked her.

Like I said...how is predicting a character that Sakurai said himself was impossible a SAFE bet?
not only that but on these very forums people rated his chances VERY low on the rate thier chances thread.

maybe a "select few" people wanted simon but no one was Actually expecting simon to be a newcomer.

There was an aggregated collection of all the results from the various fan ballot polls from this site, Reddit, Gamefaqs, Tumblr, etc posted to Reddit a while back. I've long been of the opinion the fan polls are inaccurate, but when you look back on them, they no longer seem that way. Simon was after Bayonetta, Shovel Knight, Shantae and before Phoenix Wright and Bomberman (that last one surprised me, since I've always pegged him as more popular).

As of right now, I say no. Maybe it could happen, but I'll be conservative and say perhaps half can come back, but not all.

That's the equivalent of saying "Too many protagonists", "too many secondary characters", "too many cartoon characters" or even "too many female characters".
I can understand that people complain about swordsmen because Fire emblem have much more classes and potential yet they are stuck with 7 swordsmen, an axe fighter or something like that would be much cooler, if I was a FE fan I would be tired too.

Some have gotten promoted and others might still be (Lloyd and Heihachi) but the others...may just remain costumes

Yeah, that's what kinda worries me the most. They both seem like they could be telling the truth about their leaks, but then they both disagree on Isabelle. Or rather, loz18 doesn't know if she's in the game or not. It's not like Vergeben says she is in the game and loz18 says that she's not, but instead that Vergeben says she is and loz18 says he doesn't know and that he hasn't heard anything about her. So maybe his sources just got info on other characters whereas Vergeben got info on Simon and Isabelle.
