So has there been any leaks right now considering that today is suppose to be the start of that or something.

There was something from a new source (Who is considered at least mildly credible due to his confirmed contact with developers/insiders) who said that Nintendo and Microsoft were doing something together this year if you hadn't seen that. That falls more under the "rumor" category rather than leak category, though. I'm personally unsure of other leaks that have come up today if there were any, though.

Apparently, Elma's VA did some Recording around October 2017 for Fire Emblem Heroes.
And Simon's VA from Castlevania Judgement (yes, he have one, though, he might end up as a silent protagonist or grunt like Link, who knows-) did some Recording for Fire Emblem Heroes around April 2018. They COULD have been asked to record voice-lines for their Smash Characters at the same times, since apparently, the Fire Emblem characters who appeared in Both Heroes and Warriors did so?

I highly recommend trying the game out. It's basically an over-the-top self-aware action game. It's got a lot of love put into it, and I can see why Nintendo decided it was worth saving.

It's also an M rated game and Nintendo has no real franchises that they've created themselves thus far that translate to the M rating. And people always ask for M rated games from Nintendo.

On to E3 itself, we've got a new Pokemon game that's an entry level game for people who watched Pokemon one when they were kids, played Pokemon Go and are now terrified of all these "Treeckos" and "Sentrets", possibly something about Metroid Prime 4 and Fire Emblem Switch and of course, Smash Bros.

Wonder what else they've got in store. I heard a few leaks here and there but I think Nintendo is keeping it's cards close to it's chest.

So, with E3 being right around the corner I've been working my butt off on a moveset for Captain Toad in the hopes of getting it out prior to the big day. Typically I finished JUST as the boards went down. D'oh!

But they're back up now, so I'd like to present you with my Captain Toad Moveset! It's animated!

Please take a look, give thoughts and feedback and if you really like share the video!

I may do another one after E3 but time will tell. This kicked my butt and I want to see who gets a reveal first at E3(nothing worse than spending a month on animation just to find the character's just been revealed as you do so)

I proposed something like this a while back, but I've been thinking on new mechanics they could add to Smash 5 that would change the gameplay in new and interesting ways, and I think I've come up with something good: EX special moves.

The term "EX move" comes from Street Fighter, where this exact mechanic has existed since Street Fighter 3. Basically you have a little bar that gradually fills up, and when it's full, you can spend the contents of the bar for an enhanced special attack. This is not the same as a Final Smash, but more like making Cloud's limit break mechanic a universal mechanic that can be used by every character. It can benefit characters in many ways, such as being able to make up for certain weaknesses in certain situations - for example, Little Mac would normally be doomed if he got a certain distance away from the stage, but he can burn a meter and spend it on an EX up+B or side+B in order to boost his recovery range.

You would perform an EX special move by pressing A+B simultaneously, as well as a direction if applicable. Enhanced special moves would have unique powered up properties, just like in Street Fighter, such as projectile invulnerability, extra hits of armor, greater speed/attack power, etc. It would all depend on the move.

For example, here's some EX specials I thought up for Donkey Kong.

Neutral B: Giant Punch
Normal Version: Winds up a devastating punch. Takes about 4 seconds to fully charge. Has armor on fully charged version.
EX Version: Fully charges in about 2 seconds, and has twice the power. While winding his arm, DK creates a windbox that sucks opponents towards him. If he has an EX Giant Punch already stocked, and gains another EX on top of that, he will be able to stack another EX punch on top of the EX punch he has stocked; in other words, an EX EX giant punch, that possesses 4x the power of a normal giant punch (be VERY afraid!!!!).

Side+B: Head Butt
Normal Version: Buries opponents, breaks shields, nullifies projectiles.
EX Version: In addition to all of the above, now has extra armor and deflects projectiles.

After all, since Smash 4 all game get their regional VA except Roy/Marth and Cloud. (and I hope it doesn't change, I love Jun Fukuyama and Midorikawa's voices.)

I actually got to own Bayonetta 1 on Switch practically for free. My local library had a physical copy of Bayonetta 2, I was lucky enough to be the first one to get it. And it had the free code for the first game and everything. So, free game whoo hoo!

I did play through the main story (On very easy though, just wanted to get through the story). But yeah kinda fun with the combo action stuff. Though there are definitely moments in the game where I'm like "Wow, they let a character that does that into Smash?". I don't mean that in a bad way necessarily, though it would certainly be awkward for a child to get curious about Bayonetta, ask about her games, their parents watch them play a game and they get to the more... risque parts of the game heh. Granted it would be the parents fault for ignoring the M rating, but still. Awkward, heh.

I love how lively this video is and how we move from place to place, it's not just some standard showcase, it shows a lot of Captain Toad's personality on top of demonstrating how he'd work. You did a fantastic job.
