Yeah it'll be proper good (I think). Going to run singles and crews at this event (no time for doubles I reckon). BUT, crews will be £5 per person in the crew so it'll be an actual tournament event with prize money

I have to venues in mind. One is in the Malvern hills and the other in Solihull. One is smaller/remoter but nice and the other larger/accessible but not as nice. Going to ring both Monday morning and arrange a visit this week. Should have a date set by friday and then will arrange some form of paypal to collect money for the event. Im aiming to run it during the school holiday in October (got to check my school diary and see when this is lol).

Okay so there are only 15 beds at the malvern site which im thinking split between sdb/lc/satire as some sortve midlands crew playoff thing.If more from them crews want to come theyll have to camp. Im happy for anyone else to come (and would really enjoy occ and tesco coming) but they would need to camp. Camping is £3.50 a night so is waaaaaaaay cheaper than the beds (£8). I can provide some tents if needed (3) if people have none and have one spare double blow up bed (these go for £10 at argos/asda).

My aim for this atm is just to provide a comfortable location for alot of people to get together, hang out and smash for a weekend with some form of singles/crew tourney.

Haha chin up Robby. Apologies I think my post was confusing? when I said "SDB (cos its like a lovely big family of friends) jam, me, joe, sam, mike, will" I meant that is who would rep SDB at this in a crew battle. As a. you wouldn't want to be part of SDB (even though we see you as such and are my friend and are part of the 'lovely big family of friends'.) and b. in regards to Paul he would rep aswell but I really don't see him showing up (would really enjoy it if he did ).

Aside from the crew stuff I would really hope you, sam, paul etc came to this. Im not really sure what to do with this event anyway. There are only 15 beds and camping space. Im thinking of either specifying the fifteen places to be divided between the three crews, or just opening it up to whoever books first for the beds then anyone else who wants to come has to camp. Then running singles definetly and crews if we can....:s or just sdb and friends (robby, sam (beast really good lad), lc, tam, yen etc O_o).

My idea for this is just to chill with alot of friends over a weekend with smash. Basically a more comfortable and extended smashfest without it being a fully blown tournament where I don't get to chill and play much lol.

This was NEVER going to be a large national tournament. It was going to be purely LC, SDB and Satire having a crew tournament over a weekend.
