I'm still more excited for e3 as they can reveal other games, and Dragon Quest stuff... And Slime... But this is sooner so I'll go for that hype train ticket too!

i actually feel like they're going to give enough info i'll be happy, i like the PotD stuff, and the 1-2 reveals a month but iv'e really wanted some more info and then an all smash direct is announced

Furthermore, Directs targeted towards a single game usually happen in months in-between general Directs, like the Pokémon Direct in September. This Direct falls on the month where a general Direct would usually fall, which means it probably takes the spot of a general Direct, and could very well last the 30 minutes of a regular Direct too because of this.

Likely a release date, the game is coming in April or May (June the absolute latest), just like I've been calling for over a month.

This is gonna be fun.

I wouldn't bet on it though, seeing as Mario Kart 8 will be out before May is over. I still think that the new Smash Bros. titles won't be out until some point in Fall.

As for newcomer reveals, I don't really like to speculate at all, since it (or they if there's multiple) could be virtually ANYONE. Ridley and Pac-Man still scream like E3-material to me though, any other characters are fair game I'd say.
