I have updated the stage bans and added a rule based on stalling.

You honestly cant ban Pits Up B recovery, why not ban pit in general, its excessive when you use it OVER AND OVER for CONSTANTLY. They way your putting it, ill give you an example. Your waiting at the edge, im off the edge, sakurai screams, "You must recover" I fly under the stage, Then you ban me. Revise the rule.

The point is that you are unreachable from your opponent and is thus considered stalling...I never said it was banned, but excessive use will result in a forfeit of your stock.

I already brought this up earlier.

If yous say it as "I'm unreachable", then that means only characters that cannot reach me, it's banned against. Kirby can get to me, another pit can get to me, Jiggly with the use of rising pound can get to me, and I'm sure theres others, Like Charizard and MK.

Just pointing out a loop hole people could possibly say so they dont forfeit their stock. Mine as well just say, Excessive use, not just because Im unreachable.

Miller thats called stalling the match. Which is illegal. If all characters can't reach you then you can't use it because apperantly for some weird reason not everyone plays jigs or kirby
