You've asked for it, now here it is, the entire additional Hall of Fame Archive! (All origin game's console denotations will use the first Nintendo console release where applicable, to better keep it within the context of Smash Bros)
If I could get a mod to add this to the Hall of Fame in the first page or at least link to this one as a Part 3, that would be rockin'. See, it WAS a good idea to make me a judge!
Anyway, from here on out, i'll be archiving each round as they come to a close, so no more worrying about how the Hall of Fame isn't gonna be updated!

Alright, time for the next round, ladies and gentlemen! As per tradition, the next stage is a Wii U stage.
Round Eighteen: Kalos Pokémon League Universe: Pokémon Game of Origin: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y (3DS, 2011)
Do you want to be the the very best? Like no one ever was? If you answered "Yes" to either question, then this round's for you! No tracks have been confirmed for this stage yet, so like your team of Pokémon, choose your best songs and face the Pokémon League with all you got!
Name: Vs Team Flare Boss
Game: X and Y
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIsIdfNTC0M
Reason: I think a tense track like this works well in a fighting game. I chose three X and Y tracks because its from the current Gen and the stage is diffectly based on a location from Gen VI.
Name: Wild Pokemon Battle
Game: Ruby and Sapphire (Brawl version)
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccUgoc-0KEA
Reason: Considering Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are in development, a Gen III track seemed fitting.
Name: Pokemon Main Theme
Game: Red and Blue (Brawl version)
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QaaD9CnWgig
Reason: It seems pretty much obligatory for this track to appear somewhere in the game.
Name: Pokemon Theme
Anime: Pokemon: Indigo League
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZdzY9TGu1c
Reason: WHAT!? This isn't from the games. Well the Pokemon Anime is still an important aspect of the franchise and this song has been ingrained in the minds of thousands, still remaining popular today.
Name: Mirror B. Battle
Game: XD: Gale of Darkness
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuhqoZvyntA
Reason: The grooviness helps to provide variety. Seeing as this is a Wii U stage, I wanted to include a track from the home console games.
Name: Mewtwo Battle
Game: Pokemon Stadium
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET5cMrB2Zxo
Reason: Another track from a home console game. Totally not because I want to see Mewtwo return.
The Kalos League seems like a very 'serious' stage; as in, a stage that would work well with serious-toned songs or more 'hardcore' songs; at the same time, however, if you add something TOO hardcore, it will be painfully unfitting.
Name: Victory Road (XY)
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cpeKRH2fShw
Reasoning: It fits with the serious tone, while also being epic yet calming. Victory Road is also a universally important location in Pokemon, so bonus pounts for that.
Name: Champion Battle (Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver)
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5H7M1fM5D1Y
Reasoning: A champion theme is absolutely necessary, and why not one of the more iconic, serious themes? Everyone and their mother knows this song, so it hardly requires an introduction.
Name: Snowbelle City
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYASGXzBTfw
Reasoning: Before you cry 'TOO PEACEFUL!!11', allow me to remind you of The Roost and Route 202 in Brawl.
Besides, play this music and look at the background of the league. It surprisingly fits, and with a remix exaggerating it's dynamic high note to low note rising, it could be both beautiful and somewhat exhilarating, in a calm way.
Name: VS. Team Flare!
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIsIdfNTC0M
Reasoning: Like Champion Theme, a serious song that manages to fit. It's also important to XY, and if Galactic could get their theme in Brawl, why not Flare?
[collapse=Kalos League playlist] Track:Vs. Elite Four Source: Pokémon X and Y (3DS, 2013) Reason: The first track is to be expected, given the stage. Smash 4 seems to be pretty medley-happy with its soundtrack, though, so I wouldn't be surprised to see the Diantha's theme mixed in there as well, especially since it's been hinted her chamber will be part of the stage. I imagine the track could transition at about the 2:13 mark in the first track, flowing into :11 in the second. At 1:17, it'd loop back into :11 in the first track. That's just how I might consider doing it, though. I'm sure a remix could make these two tracks meld in a number of ways.
Track:Pokémon Main Theme Source: Pokémon Red and Green (GB, 1996) Reason: I think it's just sort of expected at this point, if not mandatory. The main theme has a tendency to appear on the "main" Pokémon stage in each game, and these usually end up being stadiums. Kalos League is no exception. I linked to the Brawl version, but I imagine it'd be remixed yet again. I wouldn't care either way.
Track:Battle! Xerneas/Yveltal/Zygarde! Source: Pokémon X and Y (3DS, 2013) Reason: It's one of the only battle themes from the game that I really like. It's intense, and the subtle electronic tone mixed with the guitar and bass makes it stand out as a distinct musical piece. Highly memorable. I'd be a little surprised if it didn't show up.
Track:Trainer Battle Source: Pokémon X and Y (3DS, 2013) Reason: This official remix is already confirmed for the 3DS version's Prism Tower stage, but I doubt they won't use it in the Wii U version as well. Essentially Greninja's "theme song" at this point.
Track:Victory Road (Brawl) Source: Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire (GBA, 2002) Reason: Having a slower track such as this felt necessary for some variety. It's also a somewhat popular Brawl remix that I'm sure some would like to see return. The Victory Road theme from Ruby/Sapphire is also the theme of the Elite Four building, so it's a good thematic fit for the Kalos League.
Track:Vs. Champion Lance / Red Source: Pokémon Gold and Silver (GB, 1999) Reason: I linked the Black 2/White 2 update of the track, but it's originally from Gold and Silver, of course. I was originally going to have Cynthia's theme here; in fact, I had typed up the entry and everything before replacing it. It was a really hard choice, but I feel like this theme is just a little more distinct from the others on the list, and in all honesty, deserves its place due to seniority. I think a lot of Smashers must still be waiting for this infamous theme to finally make its way into the series, and I can't say I'm not in that boat myself. In addition, Gen II has largely gotten shafted when it comes to music in Smash Bros., so it's time to let Gold and Silver shine. It also helps that, thanks to Lance, I associate this piece with the Dragon-type as a whole, and so far, the Kalos League's Dragon Chamber has been the section of the stage most shown to us. Probably the biggest fan-favorite on this list, the sheer intensity of this theme has made it one of the all-time most beloved tracks in the entire Pokémon franchise, and I think that alone makes it a prime candidate for appearing on what appears to be the "main" Pokémon stage in the Wii U version. I think it'd fit nicely on a more "serious" stage such as this. I can imagine a remix being one of the highlights of the Smash 4 soundtrack.
Track:Cipher Peon Battle Source: Pokémon Colosseum (GCN, 2004) Reason: I don't know what it is about the console Pokémon games that makes Sakurai (or Game Freak and friends) avoid them like the plague. Whatever the case, even though they picked a handheld location for a Wii U stage, I'd still like to see some music from the series' console history. The Cipher Peon theme is one of the many memorable battle tunes from those who played the Orre saga on the GameCube, and Genius Sonority's interesting musical compositions are a nice deviation from the usual Game Freak stylings. This particular track gives off a bit of a "darker" atmosphere than the other tracks on the list, and has a grungy guitar main melody with a violin bridge, which gives it a very distinct sound that I find to be emotionally stirring yet battle-worthy.
Track:Sunset Colosseum Source: Pokémon Battle Revolution (Wii, 2007) Reason: I think it's fair to allocate at least two of my tracks to home console games. While PBR is anything but beloved as a game, it has one of the most woefully underlooked soundtracks of all time. I considered every one of the game's battle themes for this list, because they're all great in their own ways. PBR's music always stood out to me as perfectly evoking the mood the participants in battle. No frivolous plot or anything of the sort; just sheer, competitive battle. Sunset Colosseum captures this idea perfectly, with its intense and somewhat somber melodies engendering imagery of quiet and focused belligerents on the battlefield. The piano instrumentation adds some variety to the list, while the sentimental emotion created by said instrumentation greatly helps it stand out among the other tracks. As I picture the radiance of light peaking in through the Kalos League's kaleidoscopic stain-glass windows, I can't help but feel that this music would fit perfectly, given the colorful, glimmering sunset this track was originally composed to accompany.
[/collapse]
Man, it's been a looong time since I was a participant. Anyway, I present my list.
Kalos League Playlist
1. Pokemon Main Theme http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QaaD9CnWgig
Of course. It's the basic music choice for any Pokemon stage.
Note: While I used the Brawl version, I expect the Pokemon theme to get a fresh new remix.
5. Battle! Wild Pokemon (Pokemon X/Y) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbhWCjpcOSw
Brawl had remixes for both Gen II and Gen IV's Wild Pokemon themes, so this is only natural
Alright, I skipped the previous round but I think I can manage this one!
Name:Elite Four Origin: Pokemon XY (3DS, 2013) Universe: Pokemon
I always thought this was one of the best battle songs from XY, unlike some songs that could've reached epic heights if they took it a little farther, this song goes all out with the sinister bass riffs and the super-fast-paced techno beat that gives the E4 battles an urgent, intimidating feeling (Too bad they're a bunch of pushovers...). The song's fast paced rhythm and overall dark tone make it perfect for this slightly-darker and more serious Pokemon stage, not to mention the breathtaking visuals of the Kalos Pokemon League itself! It's the perfect battle song for this stage, to tell the truth~!
Name:Xerneas & Yveltal Origin: Pokemon XY (3DS, 2013) Universe: Pokemon
Another epic tune from XY...although I do think a remix could work wonders and make it reach the levels of the E4 theme. I always felt like this song didn't have the 'end-of-the-world' heroic feeling that the Reshiram/Zekrom or Dialga/Palkia Battle themes, although I absolutely love the norse-sounding main melody and the viking undertones, I still think the percussion and overall instruments would need to be tweaked and we could get what this theme was supposed to be, also, give it a breakdown like Spear Pillar's piano breakdown, that would be pretty epic! Even though XY had a techno soundtrack, I think this track would benefit from a more classic metal or symphonic metal style that would really flesh out the whole viking thing it has going on.
Name:Champion Cynthia Origin: Pokemon DP (DS, 2007) Universe: Pokemon
I think the most memorable and toughest champion of the Pokemon series deserves to have her theme on this stage! This theme sounds as cool and challenging as the battle that it plays to, with superfast percussion to get your blood pumping and a slightly more cheerful tone than the other Champion themes, as if telling you that you have a chance to win this, although it still has a lot of serious and nerve-wracking sections, especially with those amazing rhythm guitar parts.
Name:Battle! Trainer Origin: Pokemon XY (3DS, 2013) Universe: Pokemon
Pretty much Greninja's personal theme at this point, this song feels similar to most other Trainer Battle songs, but there's something special about it...I think it's XY's trademark style that makes it stand out, or maybe the fact that it's been engraved on our minds from the Greninja trailer. Not to mention, the Smash arrangement sounds MUCH better than the XY version for some reason.
Name: Gateway Colosseum Origin: Pokemon Battle Revolution (Wii, 2007) Universe: Pokemon
I was going to choose the orchestral version of this track, but then I noticed that I was filling the list with Final Boss themes and decided for the slightly more cheerful and upbeat version of Pokemon Battle Revolution's main theme, Gateway Colosseum, although you might think it sounds a little too cheerful for the stage's atmosphere, something about the neon lights on Poketopia reminds me a lot of the colorful, yet serious ambience of the Kalos Pokemon League, and the song also screams 'Pokemon Battle!' like nothing else, not exactly the saving-the-world kind of battle, but the kind of battle that's fought between two rivals. It also manages to have a grand feeling thanks to the slight orchestral influences, fitting the whole 'Big Stadium' theme.
Name: Dialga's Fight To The Finish! Origin: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Darkness (DS, 2008) Universe: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
Probably one of the best, most emotion-packed Final Boss themes of all time! Dialga's Fight To The Finish perfectly fits the 'Final Showdown' feeling of the Pokemon League, while also having some of that mystical flair that the stained glass windows give to this place. What else can I say about this theme? It's an epic conclusion to an equally epic game and I'll be pissed off beyond reason if this theme doesn't make it into the game somehow. It's iconic beyond comprehension and even people who have never even heard of the PMD series have heard this theme because IT'S THAT GOOD!
Name:Pokemon Stadium (Melee) Origin: Super Smash Bros. Melee (GCN, 2001) Universe: Pokemon
While everyone's linking the Brawl version...I still think nothing will ever top the orchestral version of the Main Theme from Melee.
Name: Shadow Lugia Battle! Origin: Pokemon XD: Gale Of Darkness (GCN, 2005) Universe: Pokemon
A much, MUCH darker theme than the last ones, I think aside from Arceus' Battle Theme, this theme has to be the darkest battle theme of the series...the weird tempo and the lack of percussion are uncomfortable and unsettling, perfect for fighting a corrupted version of one of the more peaceful-looking legendary Pokemon, and Shadow Lugia has become a really iconic figure for home-console Pokemon games. Maybe some percussion could be added for the second loop, but the composer would have to be careful to not ruin the whole uncomfortable and evil feeling of the music. This could play when you're going againist Mewtwo to unlock him, depending on how dark his reveal trailer would be...
Hey, what do you know? My prediction came true! This never happens.
Now to formulate a list. I may not have much experience since I've been out of this contest for a whole, but I'll try my best nonethless.
First time playing the game, although I love Pokemon music, so I will give it a go.
Name: Champion Battle
Game: X/Y Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpgQa-TOk0M Reasoning: Unlike the themes of other Champion battles, this one isn't quite as epic. Instead, it has a more graceful and pretty sound, yet it is still exhilarating enough to fuel a battle.
Name: Elite Four Battle
Game: X/Y Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AclbLQK1hdA Reasoning: Well, duh. It's an iconic track that played at the actual location the stage is based on. The reason I like this track is because it starts off fairly mellow, building up to a strong and powerful climax.
Name: Xerneas/Yveltal Battle
Game: X/Y Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFT_B06qKdk Reasoning: This is a stand out track from X and Y and really deserves to make it in the game. It's just so exciting and well written, and it'd be the perfect track to fight to.
Name: Shalour City
Game: X/Y Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Etd7hgsKKGA Reasoning: This is the city in which you battle Gym Leader Korrina, the gym leader who gives you your first mega evolution (which, btw, is a Lucario). So, not only is it a beautiful music track, but its also represents one of the game's more important areas. I really believe the dazzling sound of the xylophones in the background would fit in well with the glimmering stain glassed windows of the Kalos League. This track diverges from the tenseness of the other tracks on this list, but I believe it's necessary to maintain variety.
Name: Snowbelle City
Game: X/Y Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYASGXzBTfw Reasoning: While it may seem out of place due to its calming sound, I believe the soothing melodies would add a significantly different option which would improve this stage's variety. Furthermore, I believe the cool colors used to decorate the Kalos League (a lot of blue, indigo, and purple) really match the Northern theme reflected in this song.
Name: Elite Four Battle
Game: Black and White Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRpSablExfc&list=PL6kgvxXEXSENu70eWfbHzz_S1hoHhwqm2&index=24 Reasoning: This song is similar to Diantha's in that, while it's a battle against one of its respective region's top trainers, it isn't really epic or dramatic. While Diantha's theme was pretty, this one is more outlandish, groovy, and even bizarre. The funky tune would be great for adding variety to this stage's music list, while still maintaining the flavor expected from a battle in an elite four arena.
Name: Champion Battle
Game: Heart Gold & Soul Silver Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WCy7vpxtR0 Reasoning: In my mind, this track is an absolute must. The epicness can not be understated, and it would fit perfectly for the arena of the Pokemon League.
Name: Piano before Cynthia & Champion Cynthia Battle (Medley)
Game: Diamond and Platinum
Links:
Reasoning: The piano before Cynthia is an incredibly tense and dramatic track. Perfect for building up suspense in trainers as they embark on their battle. Following the track up with Champion Cynthia's dynamic and thrilling theme would be absolutely stunning to play to.
Now, I know what you may be thinking. UnicornDemon, that sure is a lot of epic battle themes - half of your tracks are battle themes against Champions or Elite Four members. Isn't that a bit much? And my response? No, absolutely not. Different stages mandate different themes. Remember how all of Smashville's tracks were giddy, peaceful, and uplifting? Quite a bit different from the universally and necessarily epic tracks played on Final Destination. The Kalos Pokemon league represents the arena in which the greatest trainers of the region engage in a match of wits and aggression. To use mainly epic tracks only fits the theme of the stage. Regardless, even within the multiple battle themes I selected, there are clear distinctions in their sound and style, which all help to maintain variety for this stage will retaining the emotional finality of the locale.
When I made this list, I focused on songs usually used in climactic points in the Pokemon games, as this stage is from the Elite Four, a pivotal point in the games. This is why my list is composed of songs usually found at the Elite Four, or at important parts in the story.
Hey I won last round! For both stages! Wow I didn't even know until now. Feels good to win this. Thanks to all the judges.
Anyway here is my list for the Kalos League Stage, I'm gonna try to go for three wins in a row
1. Pokemon Main Theme (Brawl Arrangement)
Game of Origin: Pokemon Red/Blue
Notes: Heard in the Greninja Reveal Trailer so I think its confirmed for this stage. It makes sense for this stage so I'm just gonna use it here.
2. Vs Champion
Game of Origin: Pokemon X and Y
Notes: An amazing song from the game this stage is based on, and very fitting since it is the champion of the Kalos Elite 4's music.
3. Vs Elite 4
Game of Origin: Pokemon X and Y
Notes: The Main Theme of the Kalos Elite Four. The problem I have with this song is that it takes a minute to really start going, but then it gets really good.
4. Victory Road (Brawl Arrangement)
Game of Origin: Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire
Notes: The theme of the difficult path before the Elite Four. This arrangement makes it pretty epic.
5. Battle! Friend
Game of Origin: Pokemon X and Y
Notes: My favorite song from X and Y. Whenever I battle someone online I always play this song cause its just so good.
6. Gym Leader Theme
Game of Origin: Pokemon Red and Blue
Notes: An iconic song from the original 2 games. Also plays during the battles with the elite 4, which is why I chose it. Would be remixed or modernized for this game.
7. Vs Champion 2
Game of Origin: Pokemon Black and White 2
Notes: A good song from B2/W2. Pretty obvious why I picked it.
8. World Tournaments FInal Battle
Game of Origin: Pokemon Black and White 2
Notes: A really amazing song.
Good luck to everybody participating!
Well, here is my humble song list!
It's been a while since I've done this, and Pokemon isn't my strong suit, so I don't expect to win.
Battle! Elite Four New Arrangement Reasoning: This song is an obvious pick for this stage. Pretty iconic and memorable to the area, and well suited for fighting. This one's a shoe-in.
Battle! Champion New Arrangement Reasoning: Same as above. Very appropriate for the Kalos League. Also very memorable.
Xerneas/Yveltal Battle New Arrangement Reasoning: It's appropriate to have the legendary battle theme in such a legendary location of the game.
Battle! Lysandre Original Reasoning: This song is just fantastic. It is well-suited for the fight and fits the location well.
Victory Road Original Reasoning: This song fits the stage quite well. It's from an important area in X&Y and other Pokeon games alike.
Wild Pokemon Battle (Ruby & Sapphire) Brawl Arrangement Reasoning: Seeing that there is a Gen 3 remake on the horizon, this song seems quite appropriate. Plus, it fits the frantic feel of the stage quite well.
Main Theme (Pokemon) Brawl Arrangement Reasoning: It is only natural to include the main theme of Pokemon!
Pokemon Gym/Evolution Brawl Arrangement Reasoning: While it doesn't fit the stage as much as the elite battle themes, it is still an iconic and important track from the Pokemon series.
With everyone getting poisoned, paralysed and confused from the leaks, I really don't think there will be any more submissions. Even a full heal can't cure them.
With everyone getting poisoned, paralysed and confused from the leaks, I really don't think there will be any more submissions. Even a full heal can't cure them.
AGH
This is the perfect stage for so many battle themes. Curses...
Vs. Elite Four (X/Y) Pokémon
Pokémon X/Y
If this doesn't play on this stage, I'll eat my all of my hats... And I own many hats.
Xerneas and Yveltal Battle Pokémon
Pokémon X/Y
I was debating between this and champion theme... Both are popular significant, but I didn't want three battle themes from X and Y...
Battle! Elite Four (Ruby/Sapphire) Pokémon
Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire
Ah, yeah, another Elite Four theme, but it's fitting enough given that this stage is where you battle the Elite Four. This is the first theme that the Elite Four could call there own, it's popular, and was even brought back for a little bit in the Gen5 Elite Four theme. Even if it means having two Elite Four themes (granted, they sound nothing alike), I think it's worth it. represent the trumpet

Yes, now here's why I didn't go with the X/Y champion theme. I'd argue that this is the most popular champ battle theme there is. It felt like a "must" to me. If it goes with a heavy rock remix like most of the fan remixes tend to go with, I think it would really stick out amongst the other Pokemon tracks.
Rocket Hideout - Silph Co. Pokémon
Pokémon Red/Blue I decided to put this one together myself. Definitely not just doing this because this also plays in Cerulean Cave, so Mewtwo
I'm not very good at sound mixing, but hopefully you get the idea. The build up in the Silph Co. theme starts going at the calm part of the Rocket Hideout theme, and then abruptly switches back as the Silph theme begins to calm down.
These themes are essentially the Team Rocket themes in Red and Blue and Mewtwo Dialga's Fight to the Finish Pokémon
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness
I dislike how Smash pretends the Pokemon spin-offs don't exist. Especially when songs like this come from them. So popular, so emotional, so should've been in Brawl...

Yup... I'm allowed one completely not-fit-for-fighting song, right?
Well, this song is too popular to ignore. It needs to be somewhere. It randomly came back in X/Y and was played at the Pokemon Symphony. This song has clearly made an impact on many players. I think it really "deserves" to be included. I don't know, maybe some faint percussion can be mixed in there just to give it a little more "oomph."

Back when we did the Lumios City round I included the Pokemon Stadium theme saying that I wanted this theme to be on this stage instead. I can't just randomly go back on my word.
There's so many themes I wanted to include...
Very honorable mention goes to the Regi Battle theme...
Oh, and, yeah, no main theme. I think there'll be another, less "dark" Pokemon stage that it'll play on.
Ah, sorry for the delay, all this leak business can envelop the best of us. Anyway, if it's alright with @Ascended
and @LLF2K
, I'm gonna go ahead and Call for a close on the window for submissions! Now it's time for us judges to do judge-y things!
I'll go ahead and accept your entry Shrooby, but you got make sure to get your entry in time for last call sooner for next round!
Oh....
Shoot... Sorry, that was completely my bad.
I had seen someone had submitted something, and after that there was no message saying that the round had closed, so I just assumed that it was not.
Well, thanks for still accepting it! Just so long as doing so doesn't technically break the rules. Since I suppose I could argue that the call for closing was never made officially, but, if that's not the case, I don't want a free pass. That would be rather unfair.
@shrooby
So long as you aren't trying to submit after we officially call for closing and are already grading, i'm sure it's OK to get your CST in. Just know not to assume the next round will be so lenient, since this time seems to be a one-off delay from all the leak shenanigans.

Well, looks like SOMEONE'S trying to steal the spotlight.
Oh a music contest too? I just entered the stage creation one. I join in when they did sonic for WiiU.
Maybe if Sonic is next for this one I'll join in too. I'll give a shot for whatever is next though.
