Are the crouch speeds of every character the same? Because if some are slow to crouch, doesn't that give faster players an advantage even if both players crouch?

well, there might be minor differences between like, bowser and sheik, but no one crouches so slow that anyone can reach them before the time their done

like, an indicator to let others know your from SWF.
but crouching? id go with something like at the beggining of a match dash left and right really quick.

ah ic, i play a defensive sheik, my friend who is really good uses a very aggresive marth but he attacks me too much and i just sidestep dodge half his attacks then grab + down throw + juggle, gotta capitalize on mistakes
