Nope, twas a reference to the old SNES/Genesis Toy Story game, "Take That" was what would be yelled on occasion during boss battles.

But it's not as entertaining as Buzz Lightyear telling you "Here it comes" before firing a laser... what a nice boss... warning you of his attacks before he launches them.

Then the final level where the "here it comes" line repeats as he's flying around it. "WATCH OUT!" "Here it comes! .... here it comes.. here it comes" "WATCH OUT!"
