It's good Naoto is completely androgynous, if she looked either more masculine or more feminine the fanfic porno would increase one-hundred fold.

I wouldn't underestimate how important Tetra is. Toon Zelda on the other hand is pretty excessive and could easily be dismissed.

No, Chrom doesn't really have any merits outside advertising Awakening. And I have doubts Sakurai will go for a semi-clone instead of a unit outside of a sword user, and again what is likely going to become incredibly important in future Fire Emblem games. Even if Sakurai wanted a semi-clone of Marth, he'd pick Roy.

Mach rider: actually Mach rider was considered for melee and he would get in the same way as captain falcon. The only road block is assist trophy status and another one just as likely. Which is believe it or not the duck hunt dog

Takamaru : I say he has a 50/50 chance he lost some found due to little mac being confirmed.

Little Mac is not a retro. What relation does he have to Takamaru? And if he was then why are do you consider Duck Hunt Dog so likely?

Porky was trapped in a ball for all eternity and can never get out, Ganondorf is always sealed in something, and all Fire Embem veterans are technically dead in Awakening. Sakurai doesn't care about canon.

I actually made a move set for him here which is not overpowered. If Ridley can work then so can Tabuu.

No, Chrom doesn't really have any merits outside advertising Awakening. I detest this reason, has anyone even played awakening? I've seen people request lucina and then moan that Chrom will be a Marth clone, when in reality, Chrom is pretty much the farthest thing from a clone of marth that FE has gotten in sm4sh.
Chrom not only wields the Falchion completely different from Marth (Chrom Slashes and leaps, Marth stabs), Chrom can actually change classes. Even when he doesn't, he can use a variety of spears which have not gotten representation from a fighter yet. Not to mention that Chrom has been more fleshed out personality wise than most other Fe lord to date.

I'm not against robin getting in over Chrom, i'm against people saying he'll be a clone of Marth.

You're right, Sakurai probably treats newcomer reveals differently from veteran reveals, meaning getting diddy soon is very plausible.

He shows up harmlessly in his rocking chair and cane and rambles for a few seconds, then dissapears.

Similar to Resetti but not as game-breakingly annoying.

I was talking sword lords when making that statement, Obviously someone like tiki won't be using marth's moveset.

Marth slashes and leaps in Super Smash Bros., you know.

Nothing Marth does in smash is similar to what Chrom does in awakening, Look here,

Chrom even wields his sword two handed, which marth only does for his melee shield breaker, and Ike only does it for his stronger attacks.
Of course, he uses his sword mostly one handed during the vanilla gameplay, but even then he still fights very differently from both Marth and Ike.
You also ignored the point that I made about Chrom's ability to use spears and the optional changing of classes he can also do.

that's your opinion. I've played the game countless times, and i can tell you that Chrom's support conversations are some of the best characterization i've seen in a fire emblem game. Particularly his support with gaius, which highlights some of his bad traits.

You don't know that. only clone in FE so far was roy, and that's completely understandable considering his game wasn't even out yet. Drawing from awakening and resulting in a clone would be just plain lazy.
