All I have to say is: Finally!

It always confused me why that wasn't a part of his moveset, I'm so glad that they're making it a Final Smash for him.

Every time someone mentions something about anime, he always brings up Space Battleship Yamato, which he must have seen when he was young or something.

At least we had quite a bit of new stuff this month, which isn't bad at all.

It's also a new Final Smash for a veteran, so any hope that old ones that weren't super good or were clone ones could be changed has risen quite a bit. I'd say this is really good.

It's true he didn't say it was his Final Smash but the Poltergust never gave a Final Smash glow in either Luigi's Mansion or Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

Could be a Down B(like FLUDD is). Also, doesn't the character and screen glow while you simply have a Small Ball on hand anyway?

And even if it didn't in Brawl, it could now do that in 4. Again, anecdotal. It's likely its his new Final Smash. Just not confirmed, which is all I'm saying.

Except not really. Note what I just said. As I've said multiple times, confirmation requires his own words, not just speculation based upon what things "look like". Its role is still unknown officially. Likeliness isn't the same as "this is actually what it is."

I know people don't want to accept that it could just be a different move, but we really don't know in the end. I'd rather wait to see if it definitely is, instead of tons of anecdotal evidence existing that makes it a very reasonable theory only.

That, and I don't like it when the SmashWiki is flooded with unconfirmed information based purely on anecdotal evidence. Same issue with TVT. I've had to constantly remove lots of bad edits.

...You may be disappointed. I think they didn't do too good of a job of making it entertaining. However, Verek is a pretty good character and should help keep you hooked. They don't play enough background music at all, so it somewhat comes off as bland compared to regular Megaforce.

He's only just pulling out the Poltergust with the smash ball effect around him, it's blatantly a final smash. Could it be a regular move as well? I'd hope, possibly the final smash is just a more powerful Poltergust.

I just don't like Giga Bowser, it's a load of BS. Bowser needs something he actually does, and the Koopa Clown Car is perfect for that.

My thought is this; He take zero damage from enemy attacks, but still takes the force of them, so basically his percent would not change when attacked, but it'd be near identical to Brawl otherwise. Also, he lasts a bit longer. He's just underpowered, that's all.

...And not everything from Brawl carries over to 4. I'd be more convinced if you showed my a picture of SSB4 and one of the Final Smashes shown. Not Brawl's, which, you know, is a different game, and he's already confirmed to change stuff between games. Also, Luigi's eyes aren't glowing in that picture either like Ness' are. That just further proves that the properties so far are different if his is a Final Smash. The comparison doesn't much work anymore due to this.

SSB is not a canon series, except maybe to F-Zero or Kirby at best. It doesn't matter what he turns into the game. He still turned into a version of Bowser, which was cool. So the whole "never did it in his own games" has always been irrelevant.

I don't mind that idea, but please don't use the "canon" excuse, as it falls flat in Smash no matter what. Canonicity has zero relevance to movesets whether we like it or not.
