Small Mk technique

But you can slide a little back while using Mks Forward smash,
by running forward, quickly turning than using the C-stick in the direction you were running.

This is called a Stutter Smash and/or Stutter Stepping.

Hes not talking about studder steping.

You can actually do a sliding Fsmash, you are moving during the start up lag.

I've know about this for a while and its not exclusive to MK he just slides way more than most.

Hype is right, it's not stutter stepping, and Fsmash isn't the only move you can do with this. You can also use some tilts and Dsmash. Usmash too, but I don't really know why you would. If you want to do a sliding Usmash, why not Hyphen smash?

I believe every character other than G&W can do this, though it's easier for some than others. I believe SamuraiPanda has a video on it on youtube.

That's not character specific to MK. It can be performed by all of the characters. Its called shutter step smashing, as they've mentioned above.
