Twilight Princess was fun, don't get me wrong there, and I enjoyed, but it didn't stack up or make my top 5. There were a number of things I felt were... missing... but it was still great!

Anybody here gone through a Zelda game with only 3 hearts and no deaths? I have. =]

OoT had a bigger impact because it was the first game of it's kind. OoT is phanomenal but TP is better, it just didn't have a large of an impact. The graphics were better(no duh), the music was better, it was harder if you think about and the gameplay was better. Sure the gameplay made the game easy but if Link is your favorite video game character, you'd like the overkill and you'd have to be and idiot to trade difficulty for gamepaly. I love hard games and I play games nothing short of the hardest difficulty but I'll trade gameplay for difficulty, realism, etc.. anyday. Plus the story was more deep and touching. I hear alot of people say" Wow, I hope TP is exactly like OoT in everyway". And found out it wasn't and misjudged the game. Some people are so biased that they weren't looking forward to a game being better than OoT. I'm, a hardcore Zelda fan am looking for each Zelda game to be better than the last. Phantom Hourglass was one of the best Zelda games but it's not the best. Deffinatley a worthy of being a sequal to Wind Waker.
