@Kuz: Your thoughts on my posts are totally valid. I was in fact actually trying to leave myself options after people asked me questions, I tried pretty hard to lay low and be ambiguous after NL got done talking to me actually. (you could say he put the fear of god in me lol, but that's totes not true anymore since by now I see him as completely townie)
I got given a non-vanilla role that I have NO idea what to do as, straight up. And I didn't want to screw over the entire town just because I didn't really know what I myself was supposed to be doing yet so I just shot for the low bar and tried to be constructive where I knew I def. could and just passive when I didn't know. I'm not a role that we directly need thank goodness, but I do know I've got the capability to mess us up hard if I'm not thinking about stuff.
I figured the best way for me to help was just give my honest opinions and waffle them some so no one took them too serious. That way mafia doesn't care about me, and the people who actually know what they're doing right now don't get pulled off track. But I guess that backfired some because now people are paying attention to the fact I was doing that. I've been looking at wikis a lot to try and figure out what I should be doing, but the hard and fast rules I could figure out were just not to say absolutely nothing and don't warpath everyone in sight for no reason either.
I've got a neighbor, but I've been hesitant to tell or ask him all that much, though I'm starting to think it might just be a good idea to just stop being cautious and start straight up asking for advice. They want to know my role to help me but idk if just spilling the beans up front is a good idea. I think I'm gonna go for it if no one else screams to me it'd be a terrible choice for us. Chances are he's townie based on both my own views of his posts and just straight statistics
Good idea? Bad idea?
