I have several questions...

Even more curious, is that the window is made completely normal in the next shot.

Could all be coincidence, sure. Guess we'll see later on.

Edit: I double-checked the window in-game. It looks like her window actually has that reverse smash-ball look already in the game. It could be argued that the horizontal plank is lowered slightly while the vertical plank is actually centered, in which case the animation frame could be interesting. However, that's a lot of breath potentially wasted on speculating about a window frame.

That opening is amazing, it captures the energy and feeling of Shantae perfectly. I keep of playing it on repeat haha. They should definitely pitch the idea of a whole anime, it has so much potential!
