sorry bro but you're coming off as a little bit unwelcoming in this post.
I'm the closest of anyone in South Carolina to Winterfest (to my knowledge) and it's still 6 hours and 40 minutes away. Most of these guys live upstate, that's tacking on another three or four hours. That's a lot of driving / gas / gas money.

South Carolina is NOT lucky to have a major tournament in Florida. It might as well be Pound 4 cause they're the same distance for most of us. South Carolina isn't lucky at all, by the way. You're FL so you probably don't really know, but our community is quite possibly one of the smallest Smash states, period. Hawaii probably has more smashers than we do. Not trying to sound standoffish here just... It's not like Orlando is THAT close to us. So "taking advantage of it" isn't exactly a fitting phrase. Again not trying to sound angry or anything, just "telling it like it is" so to speak.

I'm planning on bringing a Melee car : me, EverlastingYay, Ramz, and two others if I can get them. The plan is not set in motion at all yet because everyone is still unsure if they can go.

He makes reservations for the theater, not the front room.

I'm pretty sure it's open to all of the tenants 24/7, seeing as how people are constantly coming and going.

Only Bring the 360 no BlazBlue is EVAR going on a t.v. (at a smash tournament) -- TV's are for smash only PERIOD -- I'm using the Projector for BlazBlue.....big screen guys lol Thank You, not angry, just read plz

First of all the projector makes the Wii lag [which still doesn't exist IMO] and any other console will be fine....

You can bring your monitor (leave it in your car) but most likely I'll just be hooking it up to the Projector, if you have them bring the 360's component cables (yellow, white, red)

Hey, these tournaments are pretty permanent if you haven't noticed by now (this thread has been up a few months now lol)....so if you can't make this one...try for the one on 26th -- I don't plan on moving any time soon....so make it when you make it man

I just noticed the entry fee to both tournaments is $5 a person.

Interest has been decreased significantly now.

I heard from a random person that bigman didn't want to drive the whole way to this tournament, so I don't know. I actually haven't talked to him. I'll go do that now.

Still don't want to travel 3+ hours for a $5 tournament >.>
