hey guys the WGF thread is up and running, complete with an OP now. So i know it's off in the future but better sooner than later.

I need some volunteers to help move stuff/set stuff up/run pools/etc. I also really need to know who can house and how many you guys can take for OOS/NorCal info. Hopefully i can make it to andrews tomorrow to talk to all you folks about it then.

C'mon Rick. Where I is? I went to a few of the Monday smashfests along with Nice Shot Hugo in March in Long Beach.

You KNOW my Blue Link and Pink/Default Peach are missing from that list. =D

Date: 09/04/2010 (I told Jun it wasn't going to be that day because I thought I was going to have my family from Nor Cal coming down that day but it's the week after.)

Location: UC San Diego, in the lodge.

Format:

If this get alot of people then this will be in effect.

1) pools.
2) Bracket Round 1 = all the Arcadians play each other.
3) Bracket Round 2 = Rank Players will play there with the remaining Arcadians from the first round.

Reasons: To let people not get discourage easily when they play, more time to play people/rank players, etc.

I'm thinking of banning Mango because that guy...I'm sure he can beat every single Arcadians with characters like Pikachu, Link, Y. Link etc. for singles but I won't ban him for Doubles that's for sure.

Price range:

Singles: $2
Doubles: $4
Venue Fee:$3

Total for 1 person doing Doubles/Singles: $7

Unless you bring a set up then I won't make you pay for venue fee of course.

That's pretty cheap compare to most tournaments.
