Brood did nothing out of the ordinary for Olimar, or for general high leveled play.
He's just really, really smart.

Yeah, Fino was explaining that he did alot of things that he's said works already.
I had no idea really, I did not know the difference between a high leveled Oli and Brood's.

Umm... Not to interrupt the flow of the topic again, but apparently Brood did do two things that most Olimars don't do.
1. JC Usmash OoS (Pretty sure some actually do this, though)
2. Dsmash to quickly reorder his pikmin
Not certain, though. Can't watch his videos in my current dial-up state. T_T
Now everyone's freaking out about Usmash OoS even though dabuz has been saying that it's really good for several months now. The thought that Brood could have used different methods to reorder his pikmin seems far more interesting.

Brood's a Louie main?
Almost any character can beat M2K. Just depends how smart you are.
For my case if I was a smart Yoshi I'd probably be able to beat MK mains. Not sure about M2K but here's an example of a smart Yoshi main.

I laughed hard. Well I mained Yoshi in SSB and SSBM cause I just wanted too. As for SSBB competitive play and me trying every single character only Yoshi Lucario and Wario fit my description.

So.. august 19th we'll be having the Blood God (Polt) in Austin and possibly San Antonio Tournaments. Glad I won't be the only Yoshi main in tournaments.

I agree with this, he played really smart and knew exactly what to do in his situations. Like a computer, or someone from Japan.
And yeah i thought using dsmash to go through Pikmin was a given thing too. It gets rid of 2 pikmin.
