Somebody (not naming names) decided to report this post despite it addressing I_LAG's query concisely. Therefore, I have been forced to extend the length of this post, wasting even more space to reply to a silly question.

I think any character can camp, or ledge / platform camp.
Of course Fox / Falco / Characters with projectiles can camp easier, but everyone can camp, really.

Why would we talk about Roy, who, in Australia, no one can use and place high in a tournament?
Why would we talk about friendlies, or pointless characters that no one can use well enough to be in a position where camping would be used predominantly to win.
Also, yes, we are ok with people using high-tier, why wouldn't we be, you're saying it as if it's wrong that we don't mind, or as if we try to promote using high-tier, but wtf are you on, you use MK, and that's broken tier. And even so, we have an MK player up here, he places 1st, do we care, no, does it matter, no. Tiers are just tiers.
Marth can't really be camped, in my opinion.
Plus, camping is an incredibly lame tactic (even though I basically used it on the last match with CAO to win *sigh*), and anyone who uses it every stock in order to win should be banned.
Peach is easier to camp, she's much slower, and even though she has a projectile, it's not very fast and you can dodge it easier than lasers or needles.
Even Jiggly can be camped pretty easy as well.
But, like I said, camping is lame.
I feel like being a total anal face because I'm in a bad mood, but I'll just stop here.
Of course Fox / Falco / Characters with projectiles can camp easier, but everyone can camp, really.

It had a point, that being that any subsidy other than for bringing in a full-setup wasn't going to happen.
We are given the roles of moderator because we are active enough to monitor the flow of different threads. We have the ability to tell whether a thread is going to derail or is going to stay on track despite offhand comments here or there.

That pathetic reply was supposed to forcefully announce my position on I_LAG's proposal, showing that I wasn't in a position to be bargained or debated with on the matter. Your definition of spam then, is me replying to a (misguided) query.
