I had never played F-Zero until I decided to pick up GX since I hooked up my GameCube after hooking up the Wii U, and now I understand why everyone wants a new F-Zero. Just wish I was better at racing games.

Hell yea. After playing GX, I am in love with the F-Zero series.
And I think Samurai Goroh is the most likely F-Zero newcomer.

I think Goroh has the better chance, being in all F-Zero games, and being an Assist Trophy in Brawl.
I try not to use the Assist Trophy argument much, but I think this is an exception, showing that Sakurai recognizes Goroh.

I think the same thing about Little Mac, since he's got that going for him. Well, that, and recent relavence and crazy popularity. Sadly Goroh doesn't have that, but it's high time we had an F-Zero rep, seriously. Melee was high-time, infact. It's BEEN high-time.

Maybe Goroh being in could herald the production of a new F-Zero game? Smash does tend to do that for series... It's a possibility, at least.

But actually, there's no reason for another F-Zero rep in Smash unless F-Zero gets a new game sometime soon. And even then, I'd rather see a rep from like a thousand other IPs before F-Zero.

Believe it or not, you're not the only person they consider when making games. Especially now since they seem all about pushing the online connectivity and all that.

Ah the information age, forcing Nintendo bit by bit to listen to the demands of their fanbase, with their own flair. It' was the inevitable evolution of gaming, but I'm very, very glad for it.

Yeah it is pretty hypocritical for Miyamoto to say that of F-zero, especially when no one is really excited for a 2D Mario game anymore.

There's so much potential for a new F-zero game. X was a solid game and I'd like to see more.
