Pikmin is OK, it's just that Olimar was a bad character. Really, the way I see it is if Nintendo completely takes out Mewtwo, who was great in Melee, then they can take out Olimar.
This is quite funny as while Mewtwo has typically been relatively low on the tier list in Melee, Olimar has typically been high on the tier list for Brawl.
As much as I hate playing as Olimar since I can never play as him "right", I know full well that he is deadly in the right hands.
Lucario isn't relevant anymore. He was one of there main Pokemon, I guess, that they were pushing for Gen 4. It's not Gen 4 anymore.
I wasn't aware that a new Generation automatically makes older Pokemon less relevant. I mean, it's not like you can find the older Pokemon in the newer games, right?
Oh wait...
I also wasn't aware Lucario hasn't been promoted heavily for BW2, nor was in the anime just recently for the Unova Cup.
NOPE. I guess there being a Gen 6 means that Lucario is completely irrelevant since he will clearly be unobtainable in that too. Same with all of the other Pokemon in Smash; they are all irrelevant and must be replaced with new 6th Gen Pokemon.
There CAN be multiple Fire Emblem characters, but Nintendo surely won't do it. Nintendo only puts a ton of playable characters from its big franchises, and since Fire Emblem isn't as big in America, they won't do it. It would be cool if they had a bunch of characters from their smaller franchises.
You work as a CEO at Nintendo, now?
Hoenn starters because they're coming... eventually.
Show me your time machine that proves this. Until then, Hoenn Pokemon are irrelevant and have been for years.

This is Gen 6, not Gen 3.
ROB because he's not exactly Nintendo character, just a toy or whatever. And I don't think they'll put him in for more then one game, he was kind of like a guest character or something. Sonic because who knows if Nintendo can get Sega to let them put Sonic back in. And if they can, put a different guest character instead, like Mega Man.
Didn't stop him from being in Brawl. And no, R.O.B. is not a guest. He's Nintendo regardless of him being hardware. By this logic, Game & Watch should have been axed in Brawl.
Also, Nintendo and Sega love money. Sonic in Smash means they will get money. They also have a crossover series together with Mario and Sonic that makes money as well. Sonic's going nowhere.
So whatever. You can have your opinion, I have mine. It's not like Nintendo actually reads your posts and will put in 50 Fire Emblem characters just because you said so.
You make your opinions off to be facts with heavily flawed reasoning. Also, no one said that there should be 50 Fire Emblem reps. Stupid exaggerations like that will get you eaten alive here.
