:awesome:
...What is the advantage of control stick?
its instant =)

Soo instead of Holding R or L and tapping to the left or right you can just hold shield and hold c-stick to the left or right.

Note that when you keep holing L + C-stick to the left or right you keep on rolling.

Example: falco hits you with a laser and goes for a grab.

You will probly get grabbed.

Roll with c-stick after getting hit by the laser.

You`ll probly dodge.

Falcons roll is the quicest roll in the game, anyone? Im not sure tho lol

Also usefull for all aireals of many chars, though hitstun ( on your shield that is ) with each move is different.

maybe you guys dont find this usefull, but i use it all the time. Maybe Isai uses this too in secrecy I dont know :awesome:

you can technically be 1 frame faster with regular control stick

but obviously way better to use c-stick

and rolling ***** since 85% of the smash population can't even catch on and punish

and for the other 15% you can roll the other way, buffer jump, do nothing and watch them hit air when they think ur gunna jump (really good vs peach because peaches are slow)

peach is a very slow character

you can sometimes forget because of how technical they can be

but deep down she's a slow laggy character

yeah falcon completely poops on peach if you decide to play like a real homo

I'd say if falcon plays extremely abusive its 65-35 falcon

I'm not sure I'd go that high but he definitely wins the matchup

It's too difficult to do everything correctly vs such a huge speed disparity

Spacing perfectly all the time is so hard vs Falcon with Peachy Peach

Yeah just my n000b impressions, still think its at least 60-40 in falcon's favor

MacD is the only socal peach I have problems with and I feel that because he is so good at using priority to beat n-air spam by dash attacking underneath or n-airing my n-air I just need to space slightly further away with b-airs. There is almost nothing he can do except capitalize on the hits he does make, which he is very good at

but I am about as good as capitalizing off hits and have a way easier time getting them. Even with good anti-combo DI peach still gets murdered

every other peach i've faced gets pooped on since they don't dash attack underneath my n-airs so I can comfortably pressure them to death

Assuming Falcon plays like an a$$whole, Peach has to be a good amount better imo skillwise

I've always rolled with the control stick but I've been meaning to switch, or at least try the roll with C-stick. So you just hold left or right on the C-stick as you're shielding, and Falcon will roll on the first frame possible, right?

running away from/around peach does you no good if you're bad at it and keep getting cornered, trapped, miss wavelands and get *****, etc.

my c-stick really doesn't get a lot of action :\

You can even buffer short hops ... maybe
You can short hop out of it but I'm not sure how buffering jumps goes ... it's hard to react to hitstun with buffer shorthop :[

It's really good vs Fox because you jump and he shines you - you get out for free

Who wants to jump OoS while getting shield pressured
Are you kidding? lol

It's not an option you use all the time but it's not an option you should ignore either.

Jump oos vs Fox -> get shined -> get out, or stomp oos vs Falcos who are pressuring you incorrectly

im sure you could full jump to get out of some Falco pressure strings also.

sure you can get out of shield by jumping vs falco and probly a bunch of other charackter.

But jumping Oos against a technical fox is not recommanded lol.
If your lucky you can hit a up B oos against fox =(
rolling with c-stick is the safest and quickest way to get out and start the aproach game all over.

Im talking about Remen`s fox now.

He has the most pressuring fox in the world. More pressuring then Mango`s ..

falcon is airborne on frame 5

up+b oos comes out on frame 14 if you do it perfect

then how much frames does it take to create the hibox of falcons fastest aireal the nair?

if 5 frames + nair comes down less then 14 then i was badly mistaking saying that up b oos is faster then an aireal :glare:

oh yeah, gratz with 3rd place KK!
