There have been several complaints about beta 3's being a little slow and I tend to agree which is why I kinda went back to beta 2 while keeping some stuff from beta 3. Here is the the text.

Yeah, with the number of people complaining about beta3's speed (or rather, the lack of it), this might be a good idea. I also think most characters work better with a little grav, so ultimately this is probably where we would've ended up anyway. We should work on optimizing characters from here as a jumping off point.

Kupo, how about this. In your competitive code agenda thread, get rid of Muba & yours & Mookie's sets & Place Beta 3 and Beta 2 in the meanwhile or something?

I loved my Beta2 values, but there were are a lot of problems that were fixed from it in Beta3. I'll try and go through some of them off the top of my head.

Values you NEED from Beta3 to put in Beta2:
Links for SH aerial edgeguards
D3: Beta2 FF speed must be lowered, SH raised for double bairs
Wolf (what was the consensus on him anyways, some people loved my heavy feel for him, some people liked capes light feel for him?)
Charizard: My new values for him
MK: My beta3 for him is awesome
Kirby: He needed the lower FF from Beta2 to Beta3, use Beta3
Sonic: Nailed him perfect in Beta3 using DarkSonics inputs
G&W: Use Beta 3 for him, Beta2's FF speed actually makes his SH dair spam super super broken with his high FF speed


I dont have my chart here to look at the differences, but that should be a good starting point for you from the top of my head.

Its between two and three and I think its superior to both. Gonna try out some the Samus and Sheik from beta 2 and see what I think of them as well. (Bit less float?)

Yea I added mostly what shanus mentioned in his post that worked in beta 3, and the rest are beta 2 with some minor modifications.

Also added:

More height to ness SH
More full hop to peach
More full hop to dedede
Less SH to sheik
More gravity to sheik
Giza's wolf
Less full hop, and a little more gravity to Tlink

Looks great so far guys. Thanks for taking the time to help switch it all. Please keep thoughts in this thread for any more changes you think need to be made.

Kupo, in your set, do you have the frame changes yet and any other mods yet? if you don't know how to do this, we can ask Almas to incorporate it all in + the whorenado modifer and Boozers Thick Skin

Also, i wouldn't include momentum until its fixed.

The grav code functions across versions. So there's no need to modify that. Provided you still want the whorenado nerf and link's up B boost.

And yes, don't include momentum. We're aware it has numerous glitches, it requires no 'testing', and it isn't competitive when it's borked.

Yeah I'm just not sure if copy pasted the version from 3 or 2 and I didn't know if he had to or not?
