I'll submit Spear Pillar, which would function nearly identically to Brawl, but with one change: instead of Cresselia, the third legendary Pokémon to show up is Giritina, who uses Shadow Claw and/or Shadow Force to attack fighters.

This stage features platforms floating at many different angles with gravity all wonky and messed up.

Giratina appears and can switch between both its Origin and Altered forms to attack fighters.

During the match, the stage and platforms will begin to slowly rotate, meaning that the fighters will have to quickly move in order to avoid being KO 'ed.

Sort of like the Smash Flash 2 version. There are layers to the tower and Rays has we may appear at the top with a gust of wind that may send fighters flying. Groudon and Kyogre appear in the background

This stage, you walk near the fountain and benches, as several people and Pokémon watch. Among the Pokémon includes Buneary, Pachirisu, Drifloon, Skitty and Shroomish, as they play with each other in the background.

The fighters battle upwards to the tower's top.

Job 52: Threed (Earthbound)

Located in a town overrun by zombies, the fight takes place at the circus tent which sometimes comes to life.

Job 53: Green Plant (F-ZERO GX)

Takes place in an completely automated oxygen-generating facility.

I’ll nominate Bern Castle, which based on the Battle Before Dawn map instead of Unattained Dream. One of the hazards is Ursula, who would use the bolting spell, and lightning bolts appear.

Dragons Gate (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade)
Takes place inside the temple like building in front of the Gate. There's a bridge and some rock pal Every now and then the gate will glow and activate and a dragon will appear, breathing fire onto the stage.

Empire Porky Tower (Mother 3)
Players fight up the tower, sort of like this fan made stage concept, it's a tall upwards stage. The dragon statues will sometimes breathe fire at the players

Sand Ocean (F-Zero)
A stage that drives through the desert. There will be stops where you can fight in the sand but otherwise its a fairly standard ft zero stage.

Greenhorn Forest (Wario World)

The first level of Wario World, which is a 3D platformer/beat 'em up spin-off of Wario Land. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a good enough picture of it without Wario or the hearts. Anyway, it might make a nice forest stage. It'd obviously need a remix of Greenhorn Forest.

I linked how this stage would work in the orange text above the picture. Basically, Wario Land 4 was already out around the same time as Melee in canon so assuming the game gets another year of development, I figured this would be a good stage to not only represent Wario Land, but also promote a then-recent GBA game around the same time.

Job 54: Crescent Moon Village (Land 4)

Based on the Wario Land 4 stage of the same name, with similar graphics, music and obstacles.

Could have a pretty neat gimmick with that pirate ghost stealing any money and items that fall on the stage, and having the basic enemies like skeleton birds and axe ghosts as minor obstacles.

Job 55: Cosmo Land (Advance Wars)

The fight takes place on a war-ridden battlefield where the main factions of red, yellow, blue, and green are fighting with each other and the fighters caught in the chaos.

I imagine the stage being a scrolling type where you go through the field with tanks, mechs, artillery, missile launchers, neotanks, battleships and cruisers with submarines in the background as well battle helicopters, jet fighters, and bomber planes in the skies.

Job 56: Venus Lighthouse (Golden Sun)

The stage consists of three separated platforms with the middle one being the largest.

The middle platform has a second platform that functions as a floating platform and is surrounded by statues but this does affect gameplay.

Both the right and left platform is flanked by a statue that can be destroyed thus opening more space for side KO’s.

The background has several elements that gives it life such as moving clouds and a day and night cycle set against an expansive and fantastical view.

The stage has several cameos including Felix, Jenna, Ivan, Garret, Mia, and even Alex, Saturous, and Menardi.

Taking inspiration from Migard in Smash 4, summons from Golden Sun appear on stage.
