I say ban it, because then it looks like this:
DK grabs, 5 minutes go by, DK throws, repeat.

But perhaps it's a bit too early to be discussing this?

I'm talking about grabbing the opponent and then grabbing again.

It can be escaped by any character. Some characters it doesn't 'work' on, yet you can grab and grab again if the opponent doesn't know how to escape properly.

Well ant-d's got a point. Thats kinda like banning combos.
U can get out of throws but noobs cant.
U can get out of combos but noobs cant.
