Melee double will prob. be over at like 6:30-7. We would like it to be over at like 4ish. seriously. but i know how everyone works
Melee singles should finish before brawl around like 10-1030.
yall are way better about getting things finished.

Brawl doubles should finish around the same time as melee doubles.
Singles will probably run over a little. but by the time the venue closes we should be in semi finals and finals. we can just move that easily if it comes down to it.

But u guys have until 11:30 to finish everything. really tho

(I've been playing smash for a few years now; recently getting heavily into the competitive scene. Been a long time lurker of sb)

im looking at you Stingers.

For Melee, we have Bden here who will most likely be doing a lot of the administration. If Stingers doesn't mind, he can do the seeding with him as well so we can get an accurate seeding. For both Brawl and Melee, we will try and work the bracket post-seed so that people won't have to face their locals first round or anything like that.

The schedule that we are aiming for right now is something along these lines (Just on Brawl/Melee):

11:00 AM: Venue Opens, Setup and Brawl/Melee Doubles registration begins
12:00 PM: Brawl/Melee Doubles starts
4:00 PM: Doubles ends, food break, friendlies, Brawl/Melee Singles registration begins
5:00 PM: Brawl/Melee Singles starts
?:00 PM: Singles Ends
11:30 PM: Venue Closes

We're anticipating everything starting a little later due to everyone finding the venue, etc. But we're gonna try and stick to that as much as possible.

We will be Disqualifying players for pro longed matches. Once we call your match on the PA it is your job to make sure your match happens. We are primarily doing this to get the the schedule moving, and have extra time for friendlies. We have a place to go if the tournament runs over, but we want to use it as a last result. All of this is pending sufficient scrub turnout. At this point the tournament is going to have an amazing turnout or a overwhelming turnout. We will be prepared for both.
