I think they will know since it's using on the same computer.

No, it's not. It's likely made by another known 3D modeler, as mostly everyone in the leaks thread is claiming it fake.
I've checked, and his render looks nothing like the render of this one, as of now anyway.
Maybe it's just me, but the render of that artist looks more "metallic", while, from what I could judge in the leak thingy, it looked way softer. But who knows? Maybe he could change the material/texture and voila. It's just a possibility.
I was mostly just passing the notion that people think it was by him, there's another modeler (both also has accounts here) that could have just made them up.
That's a good point as well, as that could be a reason for it, too.

It's not backwards. his left hand is correct, thumb goes inward, and his right is correct as well.
xD Yeah, I noticed after I stared at it for a while.
Trust me as someone that always had that problem when I was younger drawing hands, I try to remember that "rule" I made up to remember which way is the right way. xD
