Oh, really? Interesting to know that then.

I still think it would be awesome if we had an Adobe Flash-animated Rayman series done in the style of Wakfu. I mean, Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends already practically lend themselves to such a medium.

It would be cool to see them give another animated cartoon a try, Pac-man and Sonic has done so again, so, I think that would be pretty cool. Just make sure it features characters from the actual games this time.

I've been looking at a couple of clips from this Wakfu show, since I've never heard. I'm loving this animation, this would work great with Rayman.

Ubisoft needs to make more Rayman games like Rayman 4 announced for NX PS3 and XBO for next year.
I have hopes for the NX to be a powerful console why Square Enix said Dragon Quest 11 will also come on the Nintendo Console.
The photos I seen are great kinda make me wanna get the game but I need more info.

xD Yeah, I can see what you mean. But still, I say it was a decent attempted back in 2009 apparently. o^o

=u= um, yeah, that's my case as well, but, after years, it has gotten better and better. xD I really don't want to remember the olden days and my lazy tryouts for both Ray and Rids.

Finally, fan statistics that actually isn't biased against Rayman.

Anyway, summer is ending pretty soon, with school coming a week after, and we still haven't a single shred of news either Rayman nor Nintendo related, outside of the cancelled Rayman 4 prototype.

BTW, it may not seem much, but you know what would be interesting to see besides Smash Bros DLC? Rayman having his own 3DS menu theme, similar to Sonic, Shantae, and Shovel Knight. He's already got Rayman 2 and Origins on the 3DS, so I don't see how hard it would be to give him one. That, and a Streetpass Puzzle.

So rate their chances is doing Smash 4 being the last of the series. I think the franchise will still go on and continue their pattern and just come out every couple of years. As much as it pains me to say it I think we may end up getting a new director for a new game. I love Sakurai, he's one of my personal favorite gaming developers, but they can't keep stringing him on into doing each iteration of Smash Bros. Sometimes you just have to pass the baton to someone else and this is probably the reason why Namco Bandai helped develop the game they may end up being the new team. I say someone else is going to over the franchise, I think we're going to get some new blood. It also makes me wonder what they'll do with third party characters from this point on since Sakurai was always picky when it came to third party choices.

I don't care if they give him green eyes or cover him in bandages, Rayman is Rayman to me, and I want him in Smash Bros give or take.

But yeah. I don't really care how much they change Rayman. He'll still be the video game character I've always known and loved.

I was really shocked by all that hatred he got, just because of that, I found it way exaggerated, but, well, even if he got many people mad, he is an amazing artist, and something better came out of it, that is the rest of the Smashified characters he has done.

Well, imo, I understand the whole version of Rayman thing. Even thought I will always, no matter what, love the Classic desgins of Rayman moreso than the recent ones, Rayman 3 being my forever favorite one, I'll say any version of him would still please the fans of him so, it really doesn't matter who likes what version of him, period.

Everybody reacts to everything more than they should, but, it is what it is, despite what happened, the man is still a talented artist, and he even apologized for leading people on like that, so, it's doesn't really matter what people may think of him.

And I don't know why I ended up double posting, my post appeared before Andrea's for some reason...sorry about that.

Yeah, I think the same, have the version that whatever you want in Smash, don't care. I will keep working in my own projects with the Original Trilogy designs anyway.

Basically, same. People can like what they like, to each their own. But I'll always love the Rayman I remember from my childhood the most, and always will.

Same here. I'll take any version of Rayman, but if I HAD to choose, I'd pick Rayman 3 in a heartbeat.
