It has decent size bedrooms and a massive main room thingy, about the size of the ddr area of fun house apparently. Ben's not moving in with us anymore he got another place, now theirs another guy called brett who bryce recommended. Met him today, seems ok... he can pay for it it so w/e. It's $380 p/w but chino wants to offer them 400 cause the owners are azn and money whores which might give us an advantage over other possible tenants.
