a buncha times SS dthrew, shroomed DIed into him and SS just uaired cause he wanted to keep him alive for longer rather than kneeing

i know it works on doc at the percentages i was DI'ing into him, either way i could've gotten knee'd imo

at certain percentages he has to uair into the knee i think
all i know is that as sheik i just DI away and spam fair and it messes up even great falcons fairly often they have to be pretty close to frame perfect, if not frame perfect. the way around this is to uair first since you can do it earlier. doc has something similar with DI away and spam uair.

all percents. at lower percents you have less hit stun from the throw. i try it at all percents but obviously some percents are harder than others. the low middle ones have the highest success rate.
you're supposed to DI the knee up anyway so it's not much of an adjustment to make when you actually do get hit with the knee
and if he uairs it's best to DI away and try to get out of the hit stun before he can follow (or at the very least avoid a knee)
since doc has a lot of priority with uair / nair / dair depending on his position relative to his opponent, it should be fairly effective
better than doing nothing anyway

I'm not convinced that SS was sandbagging.
It didn't seem like it when you watch him in person.
I think he just has so much more experience under his belt that it wouldn't have matter how well Shroomed did, he would have lost either way.
