[QLD] Brisbane/Gold Coast Meets & Tournaments

D throw D smash works on various characters depending on %

Most practical on Sheik like 0-lots, but can also be used on Link, YL, Falcon, Dorf etc

It just sorta pops them up in the air and the DI is harder coz u have to DI the hit rather than the throw.

Yeah.
At least one person driving from the Gold Coast would be a good idea.
When we go out for food for dinner, we'll have too many people and not enough cars.
One more TV would be ideal too!

Expecting heaps o people, should be good!
Oh, and my place is air-conditioned! ;)
And itsa very easy to get to by public transport.
Anyway, see yas then. :)

Basically, there are buses to Grand Plaza from Altandi, which is just 5 mins up the line from Coopers.
Anyway, if yas do your own research and put in a tiny bit of effort, ya can get all the way, yay!
Also, I'm picking up Cal from Coopers Plains at 9:15am, if anyone else is there, or nearby I can pick up too, don't wanna make 2 trips out that way!

Everyone: Awesome, so many people, should happen more often

Dj: Epic house is epic, same goes for the cat. Also working N64 controls, zomg

Vyse: Practice your melee some more, I want to play you at the tournament properly. Rematch of your fox/sheik v my puff. So many rests, was fun to beat a highly ranked player. I also want to see your finished recordings of everyone

Hotdog: Only got 1 match in before you decided to go **** dif. Was very close Jiggly ditto, see you at next tournie hopefully

Dif: Stop killing your team mate with knees. Stop SDing. Just stop being Difail in general. k go

AussieRob: Win as always

I think thats everyone I played with and against alot. If I missed someone just imagine I'd said your awesome

It'll all change this weekend with the tournament coming up.
We'll have to revise the melee PR list after it.

We'll get some solid data on a few different players hopefully.

@Hugh: I'll use Marth instead next time. lol.

Ugh, can't decide between Sheik/Marth/Fox/Falco.
All four of them are good for a different situation.

Actually, Falco I'd use just for Falcon and Fox just for Peach I think.

I dunno.

Id use fox for falcon, falco is good at locking him down but once falcon grabs falco, if he doesnt **** up falco is dead. fox can survive way longer and is way more of a ***** off the ledge.

Unless youre vsing my falcon, then id just use peach. so bad against peach :(

but id also suggest trying to just stick to one for a while. better to be good with one character then average with a whole lot. have you seen me use falco? god **** its bad.

-So I was looking at the Power Rankings and I thought whats the Dif between Vyse and Hotdog? Or VyseaVersa?
Someone might get ROBbed of 4th! Kong will Accelerate his way up the rankings. Just gotta beat those Scrubs in a tourny. He could make No.1 by the end of the year. You might not think I am Sirias...but geez. Would be great if Bryce stopped being a Sloth and started playin Smash again. His Tasmanian skills would Syke out everyone. 0_0 He has a certain Radiance about him.

ANYWAY!
I would like to see a crew battle at this tourny!
Gold Coast vs Brisbane!
We have time, and theres enough excitement, lets make sure it happens!
Also, post tourny food, Nandos or Sizzler? :confused:

no i didnt lose to ROOYYY i lost to PEACH cuz shes GAYYYY and i hate her epicly.

robbed of 4th!? nevarrr! kong will have to fight me for that spot!!! now i have to show up to this tourney and not suck! lol.

Gold Coast vs Bris? I like the sound of that.

but i doubt ill make it to singles still. Sleep is amazing guys, you should try it.
