also.... whats happening with controllers? like obviously all 4 setups are alowd but is everyone just going to bring a controller or are the equipment suppliers ( me) providing a couple?

definitely want a go on the see saw. umm looks pretty vyse. i wudnt worry too much about public liability, does the community centre itself have a release of some form exempting them from liability, sometimes that covers users of the property as well. but i am not sure in this case.
but video gaming wont cause too many broken arms.. maybe rsi.
but umm power surging wii's and tv's.. how many wii's approx will b going at once.

Note, Playground did at one stage have thousands of nails in sand from ******* trying to hurt children.

Just be careful if you plan to frollock around in the sand.

Its not a BBQ its a Hotplate. And yeah there is the Weber Q and they cook fantastic as well but the size does make it small. You would want at least 3 to cook for 70plus people and depending on what your cooking your steaks are about 5mins each side with snags taking 10 minutes. and the Weber Q can only cook about 6 steaks at a time depending on the size of cause.

Hotplate is basically what we have to go with, why? because

A: Bringing a BBQ is a huge effort.

B: snags n steaks will probably be it because in all honesty, thats all we will have time for.

Nibblies are BYO, but remember, NO EATING INSIDE? so it makes nibblies rather moot.

Any ideas?

People whom want to travel from outside the SE region of Queensland will get priority.

So, I guess I'd need contact details (Whatever you want to make public), and details of the length of time you'd like to be hosted for. We could then investigate our options. I'm sure somebody here will be able to host you (I would, but my home is full, seriously).
