Edit: Also I must say that I think it's really easy to overrate Zelda as a character. When I first started playing against her, it was just pure frustration because I couldn't just go in full aggro. But after having played against Zelda a decent amount I think she's actually way worse than Sheik. It's just a matter of adapting to fighting Zelda, really.

Speaking of Charizard, DSmash is underrated.

Yesterday's Smashfest was great, thanks to those of you who tuned in to the stream! The entire stream is up on my YouTube channel. I've made an index in the description of all the matches so you don't have to search through the entire video for select players, but here's an index as well. Mute the audio until 0:55:10 or so.

That **** was awesome, metroid.
Thanks :).

I've been saying this for 5 months now.

I still can't find any good versions of any of Yuyuko's themes.
Fly in said NAir was mediocre in the chat, but I didn't get to ask his reasoning. Fly, why do you think NAir is mediocre?

Also, this version of Yuyuko's theme is really pretty. TAMusic too good.

Generally speaking, it's not that hard to hit Zard out of it and the reward for landing it usually isn't very high. There are times when you can combo out of it decently and it has some other pretty good situational uses, so it's still okay here and there. Most of the time when I see Zard players nair, I think they have better options, though. For example, I wouldn't use it as an approach often; I think Zard's ground-based approaches are much better.

Boy life, that's a great quote that no one said.

metroid- I'm not a fan of single instrument arranges, and might just not like her PCB theme, so I'll look more into her TD theme or stage themes.

Fly- I agree that wayyyy too many Charizard players are trying to use nair as an approach move when nothing about its design implies such use as beneficiary. I've always used it similar to Jigglypuff's bair since it is so fast, hits so far out, wraps back around, auto cancels from a SH, has a short endlag from when its hitbox disappears, and takes up so very much of the stage.

I agree with this for the most part. If you are facing forward and just trying to hit with nair, you usually have better options just staying on the ground.

Although I found approaching with a RAR nair against larger characters to be really good because of how easy it is to sweetspot and sets up pretty well for juggling, not to mention has really fast startup. I don't recommend doing it too much to characters like pikachu or the mother kids, but against taller characters like ganon, snake or ike, it has fairly good uses I think.
