HR-1981 is just an amendment to an already existing bill that allows the government to do the same thing over a half year period, and changes it to a 1 and a half year period. It's comparable to an amendment that extends the backlog for checking during the gun waiting period.
I find it funny how manipulative the names of these bills are though.
"Protect your Intellectual properties!"
"Stop those dirty bilgerats!"
"Stop COUNTERFITTING!"
"Get those Child Pornographers!"
They almost sound like bad internet ads that give you "8 easy tips to lose weight." And I'm sure there are enough naive politicians to vote blindly on these based on name alone when there are such an absurd number of bills to go through.
So, like I asked before, has buffer during hitstun been fixed yet?
