Mega Skarmory would be godly.
Also, I'm so bad at Smash lol I placed 129th for PM and 97th for Melee at SKTAR. I gotta start practicing these games if I ever wanna place good.

Dragon/Ground with levitate as its ability is actually extremely good, giving an excellent STAB combination and a solid list of resistances and a couple immunities.
Flygon's problem is exceptionally mediocre stats.
Flygon's problem is that it isn't Garchomp.
Flygon's problem is that it doesn't get any good boosting moves. If it got Swords Dance or Dragon Dance, it'd actually be pretty decent.

It's typing, ability and U-Turn make it great at using Choice items, but that's all it can really run besides a Life Orb set.

Garchomp soo good that he doesn't even need its mega, it sandbags when it goes mega Kappa.

Also I want a Mega-Fearow and Mega-Noctowl.

Mega Wobbuffet

Huge Hp, defense, special defense increase

while in mega form, if wobbuffet has either counter or mirrorcoat it gains a new move (replaces 1 and leaves the other blank) - duo counter

Duo counter will counter both physical and special attacks.

Gains the ability magic bounce
GG pokemans.

There's already a move like that: Metal Burst. Only difference is that it doesn't have decreased priority like Counter / Mirror Coat does, so it only works if you go last.

Mega ditto, let's go! His special move, and only move, eat'em. This move eats the other Pokemon and poops it out. The poop heels your team. I would scarf him.

Buuuuuuuuuuuut with duo counter, you'll always move last. And with a pokemon with magic bounce, your only option would be to attack, unlike the peeps with metal burst where you can just status effect and wait it out.

You could just switch-stall until he ran out of PP for DuoCounter, then attack with the type of move whose counter got erased with the Mega Evolution. :p

EDIT: Assuming, his Mega cant attack like the original form.

You could just go to any set up sweeper and set up until you can kill Mega Wobbuffet in one hit (preferably ones with super effective STAB like T-tar, Bisharp, or Volcarona).

Wobbuffet relies a lot on Shadow Tag to be effective. Losing it for immunity to status (which he has Safeguard for) and Taunt kind of isn't worth it when the opponent can just constantly switch to a counter. Which is why Wobbuffet sucks in Gen 2.

The first one's pretty great, but the second one is nnnnnnnnngeh? That strays a little... way too far away from the original design. You're going super saiyan, not evolving.
True, mostly I was thinking of some kind of combination of those two. The first one doesn't have any part of the keystone, but the second one morphs it into a lot of extras. Maybe something similar to the first one but with pieces of the keystone floating in it, signifying how it broke completely free? Maybe they could make up a new part of it like a hand, teeth, etc

Ability: Soundproof
Moves: Safeguard, DuoCounter, PP Refresh, Block

Even with that unless DuoCounter had something like -6 priority, it could still be beat by some gimmicks. There is also Trick Room and OHKO moves, on top of that this Pokemon would literally have to have base 300 HP

lmao sapphire DuoCounter is the greatest non-existing move alive. It would ALWAYS go last, no matter of said affects like trick room. Plus OHKO moves never hit anyway.

Pretty much a "stop doing thing before we make you stop"
I assume he's wondering if Nintendo has one out for PM
Oh my, hopefully it's false then.
