I think a side effect is that characters' whose main problem was "has issues coming back when opponent has no reason to push" suddenly went up some tiers, and you could possibly see more gutsy edgeguarding b/c again, there's no big stock deficit anymore

it'd be fun to watch. too bad most of the big brawl scenes that matter are bitter and hate the idea that people might enjoy something exciting but whatever

I don't know, it's kind of like watching regular Brawl except both percentages reset every stock. Doesn't really change the part of Brawl that isn't very fun to watch, it just makes it go quicker.

Hey, I read somewhere that you can use a stock control option to manage crew battles but I can't find it anywhere. Has it been removed?

Also I can't figure out how banning stages tournament style works. Is there a special way to set up the game so it does?

These are probably really dumb questions but I couldn't find any solutions searching the web. Any assistance would be much appreciated!

I just bought an emerald blue one from Japan (go to amazon.com and search for tomodachi japan). It was balls-to-the-wall expensive though.

Alternatively you can get white ones for like $45 (AUD, slightly less USD). In fact you can buy one from smashboards to help support them!

I actually bought a mint condition Symphonic Green GC controller, what a beauty it is, came in feeling like it had been used to play smash for years.

Also, just came back from streaming my first tournament. What an awesome experience that was, I sandbagged all my matches just to spend more time on my setup and near the commentators.

Watching this makes me wonder why some of Dedede's moves in P:M aren't as good as these anymore.

because DDD in brawl is mostly too reliant on the few pokes that are good, while still being a massive hitbox for anyone on the planet to hit, which is kind of why he only looks worse with each new tier list. you can only stretch them utilts for so long

that was a thousand times better of an explanation than mine I think.
they're two quite good moves, though

mostly I prefer watching vex's DDD b/c when he DOESN'T have to use those two moves, he's quite different and he CAN win matches with them (I believe he's taken out top tier ICs before with him, amazingly enough)
