So, whipped up a couple of shirt prints that I want to do at some point.

Don't know if the phrases "where's my jump", "I thought I had another jump", or, "I lost my jump somewhere" ever come up in anybody else's groups, but I thought it was something everybody could relate to.

Just finished this game for the 4th time.

****ing. Marvelous.
10/10 I'll probably play it again in 2 years or so.

Now I'm off to replay Black.

Battle Trozei looks pretty interesting.

I could play this game forever and never get bored (ok maybe after 3000 years, but still)

You too? Im half way through the game and I thinks the it's been pretty damn good so far.
I'm at about the same place, just beat the hell out of Snow. Chronostasis is so damn good. I'm loving the new battle system as well, it's something fresh to the trilogy. My only gripe with the game is the whole overworld time concept. I get what they were going for, but my god is it annoying to only be able to complete certain quests at certain times, especially when they overlap each other.

That game was great. Primal Dialga is a prick tho.

I thought everyone said this at one point in time.
More like a catchphrase/memetic quote than an "I always wanted to say that!" sort of thing.

I said it a lot BEFORE I came up with the above justification, even if it just comes off as an overly prepared gag(which is fine too; been looking forward to trying one of those!)

Awesome!

But if a kirby player says such a thing, they don't deserve any of their jumps.

Oh lol guess were basically around the same part then. Chronostasis is awesome as hell. The battle system is also pretty cool and fresh. But the way quest work and such is somewhat of a piss-off. Still loving the game though <3
With all these changes coming about, I feel too...normal.
I feel you man..... I truly do....

Gotta say, in relation to so many people talking about great games I'm surprised the Tales of series isn't getting much credit. Namco Bandai has some incredible RPGs.

You mean in this thread or in general?

Because ToS is da bes and Lloyd should make it into Smash4

I've always wanted to play a Tales game. but never actually got around to doing it. Might pick up ToV sometime in the future when I have more free time.

Just in general I guess - but really this thread too just because I've seen so much talk about RPGs. I feel kinda bad though my very first RPG wasn't all the way till Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.
I mean, it's an incredible RPG, but I just wish I'd gotten started earlier.
And about Lloyd in Smash 4 discussion: I don't care that much about Lloyd, but I guess it'd be cool to see some Namco Bandai representation in Smash 4, I've had some very different thoughts on the matter however.

I'd like to suggest ToS if you can. I guess, even the ToS sequel wouldn't be bad, but it's sorta confusing if you haven't played the first one.

That was my second RPG ever. My first was KHII, man I loved that game.
PMTTYD is great as well, that game is definitely the best in the series.

As for ToS, idk. I'm feeling ToV so much more lol. I'll get ToS if I enjoy ToV enough.

...

We will not speak of ToS2.

Smooth Criminal
I still thought it was a decent game. /broken rule

Aside from plot that is kinda cliche and confusing, and the whiny character./discussion

I never got into Kingdom Hearts - I have nothing against the series however. Even if Kingdom Hearts has one of the most annoying underwater levels ever, I just saw a video of it and could barely take it.

On a serious note, I never understood what the hate to the game was. But that's just me. People tend to think my opinion of many games is very odd, and very few actually seem to agree with me.
I mean, if that's your jam, I'm certainly not going to knock you for it. More power to you if you managed to distill some kind of enjoyment from the game. I just didn't like it. The story was weak (sigh), the characters were weak (oh dear God what did they do to you all???), the monster collecting was an okay wrinkle, and the combat was...well, Tales.

I actually changed the post before you responded - guess you were using the original post.

In actual relation to your response: To be honest I'm a fairly tolerant gamer, and I really enjoyed the opening and most of the characters. I played the sequel first though, which was probably a mistake - I have yet to actually grab a copy of ToS.

I don't have the patience to play rpgs anymore, I don't know why. Maybe because they are too time-consuming? If not, I would have gone through all the classic Snes rpgs this summer. Then again, I don't have the heart to play any game besides Smash, and the occasional Metroid/Kirby reruns. I recently tried getting into Dota 2, but college started so I had to pick between it and Smash.

Speaking of RPGs more people should've played, I'm surprised how little people have actually played Xenoblade Chronicles.

That reminds me . . . I need to find the other Xeno games too

My friend and I got near-endless enjoyment out of ToS2 from the voice-actors repeatedly saying "Ginnungagap"

Just noticed Project M Roy in the top of the page, shed a tear of pride, and went back to seeing FE: 6 Roy shame all who share the class of Lord with his terrible promotion timing.

Paper Mario and TTYD are super fantastic games, easily my favorite RPGs. A shame Intelligent Systems is okay with changing very little about the FE series yet happily spikes Paper Mario into oblivion after the second game. ****ing hate Super Paper Mario and Sticker Star.

Super Paper Mario is awesome.

Sticker Star needs to burn.

Bravely Default for best RPG though.
