This is very very true.
However I have found that if you are going to emulate something like Pokemon that emulating on a phone or tablet is significantly more enjoyable than on a PC. At least as far as Gameboy games are concerned.
The handheld experience is retained, which for me is the most important part. You still lack a certain... maybe feedback is the word I'm looking for? A touch screen just can't quite compete with the feel of actual buttons.
And not that I specifically miss cartridges, but... cartridges...
Physical feedback you mean. I would wait until the 3DS gets modded enough to have a HBC equivalent to have a GBA emulator on there in case Ninty doesn't put GBA games on the 3DS Eshop this year.

Still waiting for Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission on the eShop, may be waiting until VBAGX gets ported.

the best pokemon music is in mystery dungeon.
I'm a fraud, I've played and loved MDungeon games and totally forgot about their top tier music. >.>

Highly recommend Time/Darkness to anyone who hasn't played it before. It literally made me cry... not kidding. It unquestionably has the most moving story of any spin off Pokemon game, and in my opinion, of any main series game for that matter too.

In all honesty, I actually like MD more than the main series Pokemon games.
I think I like it more because it's more simplistic and relaxing to play, and there isn't anywhere near the amount of grinding required in the main series (which still isn't that much, unless you're raising a competitive team).

The story didn't make me cry though...the intro music did.

I almost got permanently stuck vs Dialga because I was underleveled, and the only saving grace was Mud Slap on my Mudkip that made his accuracy dwindle. That's literally the only reason I was able to beat the game without restarting. I wouldn't take grinding lightly if you take the intro quiz honestly and stick with the Pokemon you get >.> That or buy like 500 Reviver Seeds because you and/or your partner will be running through them by the end.

I restarted the game around forty times to get my favorite Pokemon.
So worth it. (Cubone/Totodile team FTW)

I always made it a point to stock up on Reviver Seeds. They'd usually take up 66% of my inventory.

I've never got into the Mystery Dungeon series despite a few friends telling me to get into but I really just couldn't. However the Pokemon Pinball, Puzzle and Coliseum/ XD Gale of Darkness game I really got into.

Best music thus far for me from Coliseum and Gale Of Darkness. Man I wish Nintendo would make another one in the series but I really doubt it. Same with Pokemon Battle Revolution.

Pokemon Battle Revolution had the best music of any spin-off to me. Really fits in well with the fighting.

Im trying to create a updated tier list since Apex and 3.0 being out for 2 month, I am putting in tourny results as before and trying to make a community tier list that reflects the most recent of opinions so if you guys could help and vote in the survey thatd be great! The more opinions the better!

The first one has you rank each character individually 1-41, I arranged it to what I think so it can be easier but itll still take a little time.
<a href="https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/GDPZ53B">Click here to take survey</a>

If you dont care as much and/or dont wanna spend as much time then this one is just rankings based on tier.

Please dont just destroy it with joke rankings. Thanks!

The best Pokemon Remixer is either GlitchxCity or GuitahHeroe. Those two are consistently amazing with their work.
GuitahHeroe:

If you don't like EDM, GuitahHeroe does a ton of reorchestrations too. I can't get enough of his stuff. Glitch is almost exclusively EDM, and all of her stuff is super great as well.

Recently got Dolphin. How much trouble is it to get Project M working, and are there lots of people who play online?

You know, as much as I love playing PM I just don't get as hype watching it as I do when watching Melee.
