Dair actually does spike. It sends at 290 and the meteor range is 260-280.

not a fan of the Japanese voice either, I don't see the worth in keeping the original female voice actor from Dragonball when Goku is a grown ass man
the feminine voice was fine in Dragonball when Goku was a kid, but it just feels wrong in Z

Spacies are still top tier without regards to balance with the other characters
Mostly because they don't want to lose the more Melee-oriented PM players

B-but spacies are VERY technical and require A LOT of hard work. Therefore they are perfectly balanced!

I figured out how to post text and media to my Twitter account through Java! :D

I just have to figure out how to allow other people to use this. Twitter doesn't seem to have an easy way of just letting me use a normal username and password. They require OAuth keys in order to post anything. :/

I agree with hitting spacies, but dont make them not fun to play, just make them actual glass cannons with large hits to rolls/techrolls/etc.
