Extreme lawful good inevitably leads to unmanageable bureaucracies, dictatorships, communism and its good friend fascism. When your only goal is to balance the scales, a lot of people get crushed underneath them.

I'm (painfully) aware of all that, and third options/compromise are vital, but status quo has gotta go either way.
Also, "inevitably"? Nope. Inevitability is for comic books. This isn't DC, where offing the Joker means nothing because he'll come right back next issue. lol

First off, my goals in this hypothetical thing here are 1. conflict ceases to exist to the point people forget what it is, 2. enriching yourself at others expense gets you in trouble/dead then and there, and 3. people don't have to worry about someone ever launching a nuke and killing us all over foolish grudges.

Second off, being an extremist ≠ being wrong or unnecessarily over-the-top about it. That, and some of those sorts are why the "well-intentioned" part of "well-intentioned extremist" is there, and why they ever did anything drastic in the first place.

Personally, watching people hurt each other for no good reason is unacceptable, and there never is a good reason for that, to me. Co-existing and being happier for not having the alternative be a seemingly constant part of life should not and will not be a choice. ...I mean, children in the Middle East fear clear skies because that's when US drones are out most heavily. The huge economic gap of inequality is just further incentive. ...The time for talk is over.

Its bull**** is what it is. You get punished for hitting lucario. He gets stronger and his recovery gets better at higher percents. Like why. Brawl/sm4sh aura is a stupid mechanic because its rewarding lucario for messing up and playing badly. Its a comback mechanic exclusive to one character. I'm really surprised that they left it in after they put rage-mode in. I dont even get where it comes from canonically.

You're looking at it the wrong way. Lucario isnt rewarded for playing badly. he is rewarded from being able to survive high percents.

Playing Lucario is accepting that below like 60-80% you're total ****.

The Smash scene at my college mostly seems preoccupied with Melee and generally view PM with derision. That ones that do play PM just play Melee characters, so that's no fun.

I'll stick to playing with my mates, who are pretty good at the game yet don't use that as an excuse to not shower or use deodorant.
