but u have to factor in the light rail and greyhound
greyhound i think runs at specific times and light rail doesnt work 24/7

lightrail stops running at 11pm
and these are the greyhound times for that day

so keep that in mind

the greyhound in FREDERICK
the lightrail takes us to the the greyhound station in BALTIMORE

thats an hour difference so u wont make it to the airport on time if u dont factor that in and u wont have a bus to take u if u dont plan either
