I like using it.

Here's an example of something I did for a friend (aspiring rap artist) with a photograph -

By no means is it my best, but it's one of my better ones. The pen tool seems more of a tracing tool to help those who want a larger scale version of the image they are editing (usually a cartoon image), or for the example I posted above.

lol. its all i know chock. mspaint and pencil/sharpies on paper. or napkins.

EDIT: ive fallen for the chunky pixel-y aesthetic.
ive only been using it for a couple months and i feel i can still do much more with it stylistically speaking.
sure, it looks like trash to some people, but i actually really like using it, and sometimes i really like the outcome of my mspaints.

if i ever tech switch transition into "real" programs, it will be a long time from now. maybe when im like 40 or something, but by then, there will be new mspaints.
