Pokemon that need evolutions/pre-evolutions

A Sandslash evolution that was Ground / Fighting with Close Combat would me awesome. It could smack Spiritomb with Earthquake on an attempt to spin-block.

Edit: And then switch to Arcanine on the Will-o-Wisp.

Well I mean it's not like it can't do that already. I just stated that since with an evo I'd assume his stats would be buffed up, therefore giving Earthquake more power behind to hit Spiritomb.

I agree that the pokemon in the OP do need a pre-evo or an evo but as for pokemon that already have on or the other, I think Electrode might get an evolution in 5th gen. I've always seen Magneton as Electrode's opposite (even though both aren't game exclusives like Mawile & Sableye in Ruby & Sapphire respectively).

Other pokemon I could possibly be getting an evo are Sandslash & Arbok. To me, they have lost their luster and it may be time for an upgrade (as long it isn't as bad as Electivire, Rhyperior & other unwanted 4th gen freaks).

An Electrode evo? I wonder what that would look like. It, of course, would be a bigger ball but will it be white on top and red on bottom (Electrode) or red on top and white on bottom (Voltorb). Perhaps Game Freak would mix the colors into pin?

I can't think of many pokes who need evos that I just don't want to let suffer. At the same time, nor can I think of any that need prevos. But I'm sure none of them neeed Devo...

I really hate pre-evolutions, they all suck.

Only a few Pokemon need evolutions, like Pachirisu.
I don't understand why Pachirisu doesn't have one, it's like a Baby Pokemon that doesn't evolve.

BTW, have they made pre-evolutions that aren't Baby Pokemon?

Why would they say that? If the given concept is "Pokemon which gain a pre-evolution in a different generation," then Riolu is hardly a baby Pokemon at all.

Because that's not how baby Pokemon work. Baby Pokemon are basically just distinguished by looks.

Riolu, at least to me, looks like a puppy. Thus making it a baby dog.

-Smoochum should be potentially male and have a male evolution. The haircut of Smoochum doesn't strike me as strictly feminine.

-Carvanha should have an evolution for when it holds a metal coat where it turns into a Dunkleosteus that is called Doncolossal and is Water/Steel, which can evole into an even bigger one with Smokestacks on it's back called Monstern.
-A Great White or Bull Shark evolution for Sharpedo.
