I don't think it was an honest slip, although i don't know for sure. I suspect chibo, as he wants to get rid of mewtwo first, which would make it so that trainers can only be killed by pokemon a if pokemon a can kill.

Has it ever been that one player has been a VT in one of M3D's games with everyone else having a power role?

M3D's only mafia game that is publicly available is HP Mafia, which had only power roles. Tom randomly told me on AIM once that M3D always hosts "power" games though.

Meanwhile, Chibo, i find it fishy that you think the supposed SK should be lynched first. You realize that if one/both the trainers has a full boat of pokemon and is killed, he/they could cause a bunch of townies to go down with them?

Bad wording - if they take their recruited Pokémon down with them then you can't call them "a bunch of townies". They aren't town alligned anymore after all. After recruitment they take their trainer's allignment.

You're right though. There is no point in assuming that exclusively going after the assumed SK will do town any favours. Both trainers still have the option to take away wild Pokémon from us even if it's only for a limited amount of time. Unless we somehow have the option of converting a recruited Pokémon back to its old "wild" status we will lose that Pokémon for good.

This leads me to another subject that should be kept in mind: It's very likely that each of us has a PR. That means that all our weapons are double-edged swords as well - they can work in town's favour but once you're recruited there's a chance that your abilities will remain the same whereas your allignment changes.
So for the sake of our success you should not claim unless absolutely needed, you should absolutely not breadcrumb or hint at any town-alligned roles. If there's a shrink in this game (= town-alligned player, who can block recruitment) then claimed boss PRs should take top priority imo.

Xonar obviously didn't slip. I read it exactly how he meant it: that trainers/M2 aren't the only ones with PRs.

The rolefishing line cast by Chibo is also obvious. No one has said they are willing to hammer Xonar, and he's not acting scummy at all. I think it's a useless wagon tbh.

Just noticed Chibo contradicted himself/herself/lobsterself as well, in this: "you should not claim unless absolutely needed," followed by "I would rather hear a claim [from Xonar]."
