Jake, I'm gonna throw this out there. Instead of me Housing people at my house (which is an hour and twenty minutes from the venue) I'd be willing to pick people up at the airport on friday, and drive us to the hotel and I'll pay for the Hotel myself. this will save me a lot of driving time, and save some distant travelers some money. I'd prefer to do this for people travelling the furtherest since they would have highest priority. 50 bucks is no problem.

So basically, that's free hotel for friday night for the furthest gang of travellers that don't already have housing.

eric are you in new haven? if so, if you have time, would you be willing to take kos-mos, 2 texas smashers, and i to torrington friday? i have a way to get from middletown to new haven friday around 4, and was wondering if you could do that, since all my friends coming are OOS but have no ride, along with myself. i'd pay for gas, and the such.

First off, Norcal is waiting for someone to step it up and at least give us a ride to and from the airport. We're flying 3000 miles, wouldnt it be a shame if we get there and cant attend because we couldnt get a ride. Also we would like housing for at least Monday night. Our flight leaves early Tuesday and it will suck if we have no place to stay and get a good nights rest. If worst comes to worst I suppose we can get a motel for Sunday and Monday but that still means we have no rides.

And our flight schedule is as follows:
Depart Friday SFO: 7:05 pm
Arrive BDL: 5:32 am(Saturday Mourning)

Depart Tuesday BDL: 6:45 am
Arrive SFO: 12:40 pm


Second, Mango we bought our tickets cost us 250 yesterday but there up to about 350-390 depending on the dates you want to go out and come in.

for the registraiotn, first you use the link on first post, to register for the site, after that you lcick the registration under tournament, and register from there



As for housing, it looks like we have about 30ish people intersted in getting the hotels so far, more people would be good

$10 a person a night


I shall be getting in touch w/ the hotel thursdya or friday, so i have to know by then.


people are inf act able to stay at the venue, but i dont think it would be extremely comfortable.
and you are requred to bring your own sleeping gear.


registraion will end at 1230 so just make sure you are at the venue by then, hartford is 45min-1hr away give or take. so you should be fine, doors will be open by 10 though
