Plank doesn't do illegal things. You really think he'd get away with a win in a tournament for a recorded match in which he broke the rules? If it makes him win more, and you tell him not to do it, you don't even have the mindset to qualifify for a scrub.

Stalling is banned.

This is a rule of the official Brawl Ruleset.
And for me planking seems to be the same as stalling. You could call it edge stalling.

Thats why I flame him for doing it.

And its my personal opinion. There are some people, which hate us, just because we play MK, lol.

MK is not a bad character. He shouldn't be competitively banned. Just because he has superior priority?

Is this a vs. DDD only technic or are there any other chars, which I can do this against?
And how can I do it?

All too true. Stalling doesn't make Meta Knight Meta Knight. It makes that specific player a spammer or staller. I believe MK has great potential as a great characters and so only stalling should be excluded

When you grab someone who is really really close to the edge the grab just breaks sometimes, and if you're dashing and time it correctly when the grab breaks you fall off with the opponent and it sets up perfectly for a nair
