I am in a sense of willingness to play it. I'm not in a sense of owning the system, or having a regular playgroup to practice with.

Eh, You saw how that worked through Melee to Brawl.... Likely the better characters got nerfed and the old bad ones are still somewhat bad... And the new characters are severely OP.... Megaman with the ranged Meteor Smash...
