Son, we gonna need a boatload more data than that.

1. Download CPU-Z, run it, and tell me everything it says. Screencap if lazy.
2. Get me a model number on the Belkin. It should be on a label, usually on the bottom. If you find a label and don't know which number to give, give me all of them.
3. Five says there's more than Chrome. Open Task Manager, go to the Process tab. Fullscreen it, click name to sort it, and make everything as visible as possible. Then screencap the hell out of it and get it to me.
4. Brownies are entirely acceptable. I like the way you think.

It's work, yes, but it's a necessary evil. Trust me.
