Oh right, forgot about the charge thing. I want to say that "in theory, the Labrys could anticipate the Chie player using their DP to counter and just charge their own DP to punish Chie's once the counter-frames wear off", but it's probably not that simple.
Doesn't really work. When I'm Chie and I see my regular normals being absorbed by super armor, Labrys's DP animation becomes slow because of the hit stop, so timing the counter DP isn't hard at all. Seriously, there's no real way around. Labrys DP is straight up awful.

If Labrys starts charging her DP randomly you can always instead choose to jump-cancel your attack and block it, then kill her with a counterhit combo.

It might, but I thought at best jump cancelling just reduced the amount of frames that you couldn't block for, as opposed to outright making them 0.

You can't block for 6 frames after jumping. Even in the off chance that you chose a poor time to jump and eat the DP, it's better than not canceling at all or mistiming your own DP, which would result in getting counterhit by Labrys' DP.

Only from counterhit, iirc. I don't remember normal hits wallbouncing.

I didn't remember normal ones wall-bouncing either, but that moment of "oh crap! what if they can?!!" came into my head before I took a breath again. I kinda wish I could figure out how to handle fighting Yosuke. It's not that I necessarily don't think I could figure it out from experience, it's just that I seem to find so few of them that when I do find one, I'm like "uhh...what is thsi?".

I find a lot of Yosuke's will do their pressure, and then jump back. Narukami's 2B is air unblockable, right? Try to tag them with that if they're jumping out a lot.

Other than that, I don't feel like I can really give you much advice.

Matchup is like 5.5 to 4.5, imo. Narukami does great after the knockdown, but Yosuke has the advantage in neutral.
Do not carelessly do Zio or Ziodyne since SB Dashspring goes through it. Do not attempt to anti-air him with 2B, j.B is your best bet. He can bait you really easily.
Do not be above Yosuke if he's on the ground because his Anti Air 2B is really good. If a Yosuke ends his combo with C Kunai, he can easily do an air unblockable 2B, so you have to tech late.

Yosuke's just gonna run circles around you and you just need to get lucky sometimes.

They probably couldn't get them, otherwise they would've used the same ones, I'm sure.

Chie's original VA doesn't normally do VA work, if I remember correctly.

New Chie's better than old Chie most of the time (especially in Golden), imo. Old Teddie was better but the new one's great too.

In Sephiroth's hands.
How is Golden? I heard it had more stuff, which is weird since maxing every social link and beating all the optional bosses was already hard enough.

The only reason for me to get a Vita is for Golden, and Gravity rush. If it had anything else to offer I'd get one.

Game's a lot longer and they also made things more accessible. Gameovers let you restart the floor, different shuffle time, skill cards, choose which skills to pass on after fusion, etc. I found purchasing a Vita worth it since there were other games I wanted. If all you want are Golden and Gravity Rush, it might be best to hold off on buying one. Most of the good games are ports or Japanese only.

Man, I have to admit, having not played the original I don't even know how you'd go about maxing Social Links other than "uh...talk to your entire party all the time after every slight story advancement?". With all the new stuff being added to Golden I do kind of want to get it, but...I kind of can't afford a Vita. Like, I know I bought a 3DS entirely for 1 game (which is a totally gdlk one), but in this instance I can afford the $29.99 to buy Persona 4 for PS2, but not the $300+ to buy a Vita and Persona 4: Golden, and when I haven't played a single Persona RPG aside from an hour when I had Persona 1...I don't feel comfortable enough saying it's worth it. Especially since the Uncharted game on Vita apparently was bad.

Man, just buy P3:FES on PSN for, like, ten bucks.

I would play that one first anyway, gameplay changes might make it harder to go back to it after P4.

I would but...well 1. I don't think I have $10 in my PSN so if I have to drop $20 to get a card, I may as well do the $25 to get FES on eBay (as that's before the limited editions having gameplay bonuses), 2. I was asking around on the names of some P3 characters to see if the main guy in 3 actually had a name like Narukami or not, and some guy pretty much spoiled the end of that whole bit/theme of the game without me wanting or asking to know it, so I kinda got a little pissed off after. Granted, I was relieved it was that and not something that would really send me off the deep end getting spoiled, but still...yeah.

I might be able to hop on for some at some point, though with company coming over for the weekend later on tonight, it's possible I might not be able to get games in over Saturday/Sunday.
