So far, your rank in the clan has depended solely on how long you have been in the clan. The only exception is CorruptFate, who got promoted from Captain to Major for his clan war idea.
And CF, I think the defending party should get to pick ANY legal stage, regardless of what universe it's from. That would make things much, much easier. It would also make the war a little less repetitive.

Ryazan-Thats what I was thinking we should do also I couldn't get to sleep all night so I wrote out the clan wars thread on paper and we could get this thing going sooner then I was thinking assuming other clans do what I would need them to soon enough,
I plan on making a thread just for clan wars in the tactical discussion, so that everyone has an easy way to get to it and not fill our clan up with it. But I still plan to be an active member so don't worry also you are all getting put into the credits for helping with this.
Before I get it up though I wanta have a miny clan warz in our clan so we can test it to make sure it works right. Ill get post in here the updated rules and a ruff draft of what the Clan Warz thread will look like so people can again tell me what should be fixed.
People please don't leave the clan I like this one its the pit comunity gone clan style us all fighting together and working as a team. we need more people in the clan anyway so leaving isn't going to help. People don't like the idea of clans right now because all it has been in the past is just people sitting around picking there noses and saying we should do something. If clans split more of that will happen cause more problems as a hole.

I think that you should also redesign what stages are legal. I mean its a personal opinion but its an idea. Having to pick your characters stage isn't always the best either because some characters are not as good on their "home" stage than others. If you guys have a chance can you throw up a bigger map and have the legal stages on a list.

Ya that was just a prototype I have a more update one with a few more paths to help some clans move around. People don't need to fight on there they can pick any stage but we will go with the offical ban list for stage but we wont have random or counter pick the defending clan just chooses. There will be a list of stages in the thread when I get it up, I'll be posting a ruff draft when I get the time if anyone thinks some thing should be changed/added/removed/rewritten let me know after I but it up (should be Thursday)

K I need some help from my fav clan:
1 how many clans do we want in this at 1 time we have 5 so far maby 6 what do we wanta cap at for now based on the size of the map?
2 I need a stage ban list.
3 we said we need a cap on clan size for this but to make things better I say you can have as many people as you want but only X number can fight in the war the others just talk ideas and tactics. What should X be?

Okay, since I don't have WiFi, I'll do tactics with Kotah. All created stages are off-limits. The rest are up to you guys since I won't be fighting. Good luck in the war and I will try to make a private forum for our tactics within the next day or two.

How exactly will counter-picks work into this? also I would like to see the map I say X be around 20

1) Let's stop where we are with the clan inclusion. We don't have to be the only ones doing something like this; if more clans want to do this they can organize another one.
2) Let's ban all the tournament-banned stages, since this is so similar to a tournament.
3) If we have 6 clans I'd say about 15 members each. I know 90 fighters sounds big, but think about it. We're using the best-of-3 campaign system. It will be 6 clans, each with 15 fighters split into 5 teams of 3. This way, not only can all the clans attack from every path at the same time, but there's also plenty of defenders left. However, this would mean that each clan must have at least 15 wifi-enabled active members to participate. If a clan fails to produce this number, we will have to ax them, because that would be easier than reorganizing the whole system just to let them in. If a clan has a surplus, the surplus members can act as tactical specialists and/or fighter substitutes.
Also, All participating clans should have a regularly updated copy of the map on their OP, just so everyone is on the same track.
I don't think a clan should be cut if they don't have a set number of members. I like the idea of having a max and then having the attack and defense. Attacking team sends X number of people to attack, defending team sends Y people to defend. Ban list should also be different. Certain stages (Temple) should be allowed. This isn't a matter of fairness like a tournament. This is a war and thus we should stick to the saying "Alls fair in love and war". If you guys cut teams for not having X number of people on Wi-fi then I think you will lose some members of this war.

Stages are banned in tournaments because they give unfair advantages to certain characters. Like pit has squat on moses island to a character like ike or snake.
